Call everyday 3 to 4 times aday, wants to lower our long distant fees, who are these people and how do they get our phones numbers?

He said he's calling from some "disability sports".
I'm a Shaw Home Telephone subscriber, so I hung-up, and dialed STAR-SIX-ZERO ('*60') and followed the prompts to block all future calls from his telephone-number.
Good riddance!

i answered with a homer simpson soundboard and he laughed then read off my address and said he was coming to my house and hung up.
