Don't know who they are because there's never anyone on the line --- just a lot of background noise.

Called and asked me to verify my SSN and DOB. When I asked the lady "why should I give those numbers when when I do not even know whom am I speaking to." The lady said it is NCO financial and wants me to verify my SSN and DOB to continue the conversation. I told her that I can not give those numbers without knowing why I should give it to someone I do nto know about. She said "Have a good day" and hung-up!

Say only cash, they will have nothing to say with u.

These people continually call. They leave no information other than the name "Ms. Harris" and this toll-free number. Get a clue, I'm not going to waste my time calling you back when you obviously have the wrong number.  

I get these debt collectors - they are for medical bills.     I do not pay debt collectors as they did not perform the service.   I have tried to pay some of the health care providers, yet a couple of them refused the amount I had to pay.   Living on disability is hard now a days and for people with no jobs.   Yet the health providers do not want a $ 20.00 payment.  However the bill collectors will take anything a YELL for more.     I know that Debt collectors BUY the debts due to Health Providers - yet - Why is it legal to pay someone who has bought you bill - no matter what they paid - HOW IS THAT LEGAL - and for them to yell at you????    I am trying very hard and have paid most of my medical bills.   However I refuse to pay a collector.

I have never owed any bill collector in my life, these people have hounded me for over a year about a person I have never heard of, I have had my phone number 35 yrs. It does no good to report then. They quit for a few months then start again so I do not answer, So who is the Morons here?

they call up to ten times per day.  don't ask for anyone specific. drives me crazy.  I'm the only one lives at this address.

Don''t worry about it. This is probably calling from a foreign company that a rich American owns and is paying the call center employee 15  cents an hour to harrass an American. And it is probably somehow hookedwith a company the middle class tax paying dollars bailed out when  our Congress sold us out!

The company is a debt scavenger and their only wish is to harass. Nothing you pay to them applies to the original company you owe the money.  They simply look up credit reports and call people hoping they can harass you into giving them some personal info or banking info.  


As said in a previous post, unethical law breaking company.

Yes, a cute if flawed parody of a lawbreaking debt collector, from a firm which just settled with the FTC for a new record high civil penalty this week for chronic violations of the FDCPA. We should add that there is plenty a person can do when NCO (now known as Expert Global Solutions) abuses state and federal rights, mainly to use those laws against their tormentors before and during litigation.
