I answered this time cuz I'm sick of them calling. We have Sprint, not Verizon. It's a telemarketing place. Trying to sell me a vacation in Hawaii at a really good price - if you listen to their blah blah blah when you get there about timesharing. Guy said they do telemarketing/sales for a lot of companies but they don't do any for phone companies so it looks like it's not Verizon ???? Wouldn't give me name of company he works for. Asked him to please, PLEASE put my number on their DO NOT CALL list!!!

Called twice today, last time at 3:15 pm. No message left. Verizon just took over our old cell/mobile data service company, so it might be legit, but why not inform the account principal, and not all 400+ subscribers. Seems like going with something elegant instead of simple to get a simple task (notification that VM is being updated) performed.

it's verizon letting you know that there will be a voicemail update dec. 3rd which will require you to re-setup your voicemail. might lose any saved msgs as well.
