No one sold your info .. They can google an address which shows who lived at that address and supplies all info on each person.  They do rely on deception to make sure their is no harm brought to their employees or company.  I think overall it is a very respectful company they don't misuse anyone's information.  I learned a lot when I worked there my only regret is not bring more assertive or mature at the time.  The owners were very nice and treated us well, just one owner took his power to another level.  Background checks on family members and controlling living environments and even so far as to hire based on pets.. He absolutely didn't want anyone working for him with a pit bull.  That said I learned a lot from dick and Jim as I know Manage a company .. How to get involved but not to personal because then expectations and disappointment always prevails !! Well goodnight ..

Like my name says. Your a loser, go back to high school and get a diploma. If you have one then I feel even WORSE for you. Your pathetic. Skip tracers are made up of completely lazy people and people who got fired and there friend new a friend who got them a job to tied them over until they found a decent one.

I have gotten at least 5 phone calls from them.  They are talking about people I don't know.  At first, I thought it was a wrong number, but after a few of the calls, I decided I better try calling them back and telling them they have the wrong number.  Because I am gone during the day, I have called the number in the evening and left messages telling them they have the wrong number and to quit calling, but it didn't stop them.  Finally, today, I called during the day.  I asked the person who answered the phone what company it was.  She responded that she was "just the receptionist and answered the phone for a number of people."  She did transfer me to "Tammy" who is the person that keeps calling and I told her she had the wrong number and to quit calling.  She said she won't, but I don't believe her.  I have had my phone number for more than 20 years and I do not know these people she keeps calling about.  I am worried that because she has my phone number, something could happen to my credit rating, etc.

Momof4-Recovery Agent simply means that these fools are merely repo men that have gone to a training class that they pay $250 or less to take to get licensed. When they complete it, they get this official-looking badge that says Recovery Agent. They are merely well dressed repo men that go door to door trying to find cars. They put the United States on their cards because they are either 1.Licensed in all 50 states to do repossessions or 2. They just want to scare you and make you think they are the Feds. Either way, they just want the car or the money. They are messing with you because they can't find either. I wouldn't worry too much because they can't do anything to you-you're just a reference, and they are just trying to find the car. A lady named Anita called looking for my brother, and like I told her-don't call me looking for him because you did a few little traces and because you've found a relative, don't hound me about his issues!

Ok so I know my son is behind on his Toyota payment, but has been trying very hard to get it paid. Today 2 guys showed up at my house looking for him and as they were walking toward me one of them had what looked like a badge but shut it before he got close to me. Then he has this clipboard with fake looking legal stuff on it and tells me that he would hate to see a warrant be put out and the state police show up at our door! He is talking very fast by the way, like I am stupid. I wish I would have asked to see his "badge" up close. I got his business card and it says UNITED STATES RECOVERY AGENT/Special Investigations Unit/his name/Investigator/phone number & ext and then at the bottom it says Immediate Action Required.

Has anyone else experienced this??? Seems like real scare tactics to me.

First of all... Toyota and Saturn are TWO separate companies. One has NOTHING to do with the other. It is possible that your phone number was simply a wrong number? Have you never made that mistake in your life? Did you recently change phone numbers? You know, they don't create new phone numbers out of thin air, right? They call all the time looking for my brother who does not live with me nor he never has. He put my # on an application for a toyota loan as a reference. I explain everytime he never lived here and I have no contact with him and to please stop calling. They said they will call me everyday because they are aloud to. Very mean mean people. They wont give me the name of the company or address.

They called me at two different numbers and asked for me so I know someone with my information sold it to them. I don't own a toyota either, so I'm going to lie and f with them about it. They waste my time, I waste theirs.

This lady named Jenna keeps calling me from this company and said that i owe money on my chevy malibu that i have paid and that i need so show them proof or she is going to do legal stuff against me like grand theft auto. and i have never heard of this company before. can someone do that and do i really need to show proof when i know i have paid the car notes that are do. she is harassing my family and me.. help me.

Well someone in this company call me saying that I owe money on my saturn toyota which I dont own and if I have ever lived in certain town which   I said no. They are a skip tracing firm, based out of las vegas, nv and have an office in Tennessee. They "claim to be investigators" and say can do legal stuff against you... they area bunch of posers and Jim Snead is the President who has and idiots working for him
