They call constantly from numerous numbers.  They all come up on my ID as "Toll Free Services".  It appears they are calling form National City Bank.

offered a $25 gift card that you have to jump thru hoops to redeem.
this is a very bad form of customer service.
I will cancel the product offered because it is useless to me.

Somehow my wife was getting a Credit Guaranty charge of $24.89 a month from this number. When I called to cancel it, it told me to call some 10 10 number that was going to charge me $5.50. So now I have to pay them to even cancel this damn thing. I called National City and filed a complaint about this. I'm also going to call the Attorney Generals office and lodge a formal complaint about this with them as well. This is fraudulant from what I see. I shouldn't have to pay someone to cancel a service..

I've been getting these every day now, for the past two weeks. If I answer the call, they hang up after I've said "Hello" a few times.  If I let it go to the answering machine, they hang up.

So, now I call them right back getting more agitated each say, and make them "supposedly" send in another request to take my phone number off their list.  I'm disabled (broken neck and back) and blast them each day.

Today I called National City Visa and filed a complaint.  It, the number, is for a National City Card Service called "Credit Life Insurance".

Next I called Qwest to file a complaint and put "call rejection" on for free.

I am totally disgusted by the constant calls that I receive at home from this number.  The callers recognize that I am not the person they are looking for, so they hang up in my ear.  They are trying to reach my husband who has an account with PNC.  They call everyday.  The phone rings when I'm home during the day for my lunch break.  They called just moments ago (Saturday morning) and when I answered, they HUNG UP in my ear.  Needless to say, I'm pissed.  I tried to called back and received a message from Insurance Solutions that said their normal business hours are Mon - Fri.  So, I have to call back again; but, I can assure you that before I have the opportunity to do so, some PERSON (being nice) will call here many times before I'll be able to reach someone.

Just call the number back and hold til you get an operator and tell him/her you want to be put on the do not call list. Took 2 minutes and haven't had a call since. You can do this with most of these type of numbers.

I called the number and they are a third party company hired by PNC to sell comsumer credit card protection and identity theft. This was confirmed when I called my PNC 800 number associated with my credit card. The customer rep actually called the number and verified the third party connection since I told him they had used the PNC name in my discussion he was concerned about some type of fraud in their name. They formerly did the same for National City and now PNC since the takeover. They obviously make their money on commission so they keep calling trying to get sales. I have talked with them and asked to be removed from their listings and they were rather rude and the calls began again the next day. When I complained to PNC directly he told me they would change my privacy settings to remove my name from these types of marketing promotions.  Waiting to see if that works, but I believe at this point it will as the credit card customer service agent was very understanding. My suggestion is that you all use the same method and complain directly to PNC maybe it will get someones attention on this type of harassment.

One good indication that it's NOT National City Bank is that they're still calling and National City Bank is no longer in business, having been absorbed by PNC.  I was a National City employee (now a PNC employee) -- and this is NOT US.

They call me 4 to 5 times a day Monday through Friday - six times on a Saturday. I answer and no one is on the other end of the line. I just hung the phone up. They do not leave any message on my answering machine.

This is NOT National City Bank. This is a third party of some sort. Likely sales for a payment gaurantee program through Assurant. Just ignore and do not give info not interested. It is one of those things where they sell payment forgiveness if needed. 75 cents on 100 dollars of balance that kind of thing. They are not NCB, but a third party.

Claims they are from National City but really a credit card protection service company.  Calls are pure harrassment.  They call constantly.  I was a little rude.........just a little and she said, I do not have to take this. I was only asking what EXACTLY she wanted. I said....good, please do not call again!

I dont know what to do, I get the same harrassment on a bill that isnt even 30 days late yet.

Set up your computer to call them every minute,  with a recorded message telling them to stop calling you.  

Pay someone to picket their bank, hire people to continually call customer service to demand they stop calling you,  but waste tons of their time

National City called about "Payment Guaranty". They said they would send info in the mail before charging. We called and canceled more than 2 months ago. Six months later, no information, and I'm being charged an outrageous rate. Don't accept calls from this number!

This is National City offering some payment protection plan. I called the number back and spoke with a customer service rep and told her to please remove our phone number from their lists as we are not interested in the product being offered. I also explained that there was never anyone on the other end either. Not very "courteous" if you ask me!

Never recived calls until $ 961.34 disappered out of my account and never posted  for comcast. not one posted got the run around and was charge over 300 dollars in over draft fees. 4 months later still in dispute and had there number blocked and they called and said all's I ever did was to complain and that it is aprivelege to bank with them.I have been ripped off by who an employee???Where my money?

This number calls me day after day, week after week, month after month for at least the last two months. It's almost every day. And not once have they left a message. I even picked up once and hung up. I figured if it was a call bot it would then take me off its list. No luck. Another time I picked up and the caller asked to talk to me by name, and I said no. Still getting the calls. From the way the person sounded, it's telemarketing. Others on this board say it's a National City number, which makes sense to me. But I don't care who they are. It's harassment at this point because the calls don't end and I dont' want them anymore. The same number shows up on caller ID.

I get this call almost every day of the week and have been for months. It's harassment now and I'd like to know how to take action against this. did not answer, but thought I'd post this, CallerID showed TOLLFREE NUMBER AND 1-800-601-2410.  I am a National City cardholder, so guess it makes sense that's who it is, but I rarely answer any 8xx call, tho I will look them up occasionally on Google.
