I WORKED THERE FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS, IT IS A SCAM, PLAIN AND SIMPLE, GRANTED UNINSURABLE PEOPLE CAN'T GET REAL MAJOR MEDICAL BUT I CAN GET THEM A PLAN A LOT BETTER THAN THIS S*** FOR A LOT LESS, ALL THEY DO IS GET YOUR NONREFUNDABLE SIGN-UP FEE, USUALLY SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS, THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU CANCEL OR NOT, BBB GRADE THEM AN "F", TIM "PRETTY-BOY" THOMAS WILL LOOK GOOD IN AN ORANGE JUMPSUIT DOWN ON HIS KNEES TAKING CARE OF HIS NEW ROOM-MATE "BUBBA" WHILE IN PRISON

As for your message, about the to persons listed in your idiotic posting. How was either two of those individuals the sole cause of channel four doing an exposa about your company? Or how were they the reason the DOI was triggered into doing an investigation? OF course....they weren't the reason. UBA is looking for scape goats now, and will hurt anyone they can if it clears their name as a company. But no matter what you do, the DOI will shut you guys down. So put that in your pipe and smoke it. As the actions of UBA continue it does nothing more then create more of a hard case for the Federal Government. lol For those that say UBA is alive and well, you guys have dropped from six mangers down to 3. From 150 sales reps to less then 30. I would say that is everything but "alive and well". Don't you think? Tim Thomas is not what he seems to be. He has been under investigation a number of times. Looking at 20yrs in prison, with over 200k in fines. This is some one you guys look to as a leader? That makes me sick.

I work for UBA.  Yes I rip people off and there's nothing you can do about it.  Nobody can do a freakin thing about it.  There are far too many people out there that don't read this stupid blog and I'm going to take those peoples money.  And yes, I sleep great at night because I make so much money, I can buy any bed that I want.  And it's a comfortable bed.  No one can stop us, I know, people have tried. ha ha It won't work.  Write your comments, call the news, but you can't stop me or anyone that works here.  We obviously won't take your money, but there are millions and millions of people that we (and I) will.

This is to the person who keeps knocking on people who he says "can't sell" so they write bad comments.  Or shall I call you Tom Baird.  It's easy to sell a lie Tom.  Why don't you try having some integrity and attempt to sell with honesty?  Or did you loose all your integrity working at Hooters?  Wherever you lost it, you should try to respect yourself a bit more, read a sales book or actually do something I taught you.

UBS is a Nashville TN based company.  The Nachville Channel 4 News did a Investigative report on 27 April about this company.  Intersting report. You can google "Channel 4 News + Tim Thomas" (the CEO)to find the report.

I got a call from United Benefit, 615-831-1074, with a very aggressive albeit nice lady (telemarketer obviously) who could not really answer all of my questions and passed me on to "NED" who started telling me about the present healthcare crisis, and used sales techniques in order to get me to agree with his statements, such as "dont you agree?" and "does that sound like a good deal?". Meantime I looked on line for information and it is no different that the Megalife and /or Midwest Life Insurance discount plans, which pay very little and seem to have an easy entry into one's  bank account for their cash flow. It did sound too good to be true. Caveat Emptor.

I don't appreciate you people knocking United Benefits. My husband passed away last year. He was working on the roof and fell off, by the time he got to the hospital he was gone and if it was not for the accidental death insurance plan that we got with this company I would be out on the street. Mr. Burrnett lives next door to me and I thank the good lord every day for that. He just called me and told me about the outrageous messages people were leaving on here and I just won't stand for it. United Benefits is a great company and I would tell anyone who needs health care to call them. And I also used Thomas Baird so I suggest you call him.

I have been a member of the association that United Benefits works with for over five years now. I love the plan. No other Insurance company would approve me with my conditions or they wanted me to pay thousands for there services. Then I got a phone call from a man named Thomas Baird and he helped me tremendously, he got me into a plan that pays for my yearly check ups and helps with my medication costs. I was also in the hospital two years ago for 3 weeks do to a car wreck and the bill was $55,000.00 and after they did there magic I only had to pay $2200.00 out of my own pocket. thats better than any 80/20 I ever had. Yes they work a little different but I will work with this company forever and alot of my friends and family are also now members of our group. Thanks to Mr. Thomas Baird I know that if something happens to me I am taken care of. If you folks want to work with a great company and a great person call Thomas. Jason Williams offered Family coverage.  Said he couldnt send any literature thru e-mail or mail rates because they were non profit.  Not true.  I worked in direct mail, & we mailed non profit stuff all the time.  Rates sounded too good to be true so I stated investigating & the way it looks on most searches us that this is essentally a fruad.

if you are smart you won't get involved with them. they are just a bunch of lying thieves.all they want is your money. you have a hard time getting them to refund it back if you want to cancel

they called me 3 times a day for at least a week then the auto dialer called me after that. i do not agree with the way they find clients,however after picking up the phone and talking with someone named jason i found out they do have pretty good rates and he walked me through the website and xplained how it worked they also have great life insurance through banner life check them out they are ligit

they called me verry often when i finally answerd the phone they were persistant on getting me covered i have diabetes and cant get insurance through an insurance company. they got me coverage to cover my pre-existing and everything else. granted it may not be as good as some mojor medicall, but with my condition and not being able to get coverage it has helped me alot

This company is a rip off. If you look under their web site and go to benefits paid for surgery, the max. they pay out is $3,000 for the surgery plus any room / board up to policy limits - which is minimal on a daily basis. They just want to get in to your checking account or bill your credit card.

In addition - you must send the bill to UBA for them to pay - they do not take billing from the doctors, hospitals etc. You must down load a claim for, submit it and hope like hell it will be paid in a timely manner.
