who is calling me
| Ryan 2011-06-06 20:58:09 Unknown |
If the FAX contained an e-mail address or company name (where I could get the e-mail address from), I would send the following note:
We have recently received a fax from you attempting to promote your company, products and/or services; unfortunately, the only result is that these faxes just annoy many potential clients, tie up many companies’ employees, and their networks trying to get rid of your spam faxes.
The belief that recipients (and thus potential clients) will call or access an opt-out, toll-free telephone number or website is comparable to replying to e-mail spam ... it just tells individuals that our fax number is legitimate and working.
I encourage you to use only positive approaches to promote your company, and stop sending faxes to ____.
By the way, your fax made it to our recycle bin ... not to any decision-makers.
Thanks.

I have recieved 10 faxes from this company and have had my fax # removed 3 times and am still recieving the faxes. I also called 4 times to discuss removing my # and the employees and manager( Don Simmons) was extremly rude and disrespectful. I found out that it is a call center that represents 35 different businesses. I could not find anymore business information due to the call center hanging up. So i have taken my complaint to the better business bureau and they recommended CRTC to file a report the # is 819-997-0313 Sept 1st/2008 it is against the law for certain soliciting. Please call and file a complaint. This call center is very unprofessional and RUDE.
