Don't call them if they sent you a bogus fax, such as the one I received that said it's from "Human Resources Dept.". That just tells them that somebody reads the junk they send to your fax, so they can sell their services to shady businesses at a higher price. Instead, submit a report to FCC at https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do .

I received an intentionally misleading unsolicited fax from 1-800-611-4617.  There is no header information at the top of the FAX to identify the sender.
