Received a call from this #. Caller ID showed "A1 DuckPro LLC" . Googled that and "company" is located in Sioux Falls, SD. Supposedly a "duct" cleaning company. I think it may be a cover for collection agency or telemarketer. They have a number shown as 605-275-8268.

You can not get any info from these people they will not give you any detailed info about the bill they say they are trying to collect. I have went to the office and they they will see you in person so I started sending faxes and calling every hour asking for the info I need. Wonder how long it will take them to get back to me?

I have been called 4 times by this company. Unfortunately they have asked for 4 completely unknow people to me. As a matter of fact 3 of the people were not even in my state. Whether this company is legit or not I cannot understand how my phone number which is relatively new has been linked to 4 people whom I have never heard of. Also the messaging service that they use stating if you stay on the line than you are admitting to be the person they are asking for. Hey great idea except an answering machine doesnt hang up until the time runs out or the other party hangs up. Great confirmation. I do believe if anything these are shady practices at best.

This is a legit collections company. They might have called you to try to make contact with someone else, or you might have paid a bill late after it was already sent to collections, and they had called you before it was taken care of in their system.
Of course they don't identify the company when they leave a message... would YOU call back a collection agency? lol...
They are not subject to a do not call list.

the no call list is for sales calls and does not apply to people trying to collect money
you need to tell them in writing to stop all contact

That's exactly what I said. They told me they don't email. I had a bogus bill to BMC Limited, which they told me nothing about the business, or what the bill was for. They wanted my phone and address, then got rude when I wouldn't give it out. The incident has been reported to the State's attorny general's office and the better business buearu.
They can try to scam me all they want, what bugs me is all the phone calls. They just keep calling with the record message.

I got recorded calls for months; call the number and gave reference number. They wanted personal info and had a bogus bill I had never heard of. Very rude; hung up twice because I said email the bill showing I owed it.

AAA collections called my father for months before he finally answered. It was a recording. The call was for me and said the same thing that others posted on this site. I called them and they said I owed $99 to BMC Limited. They wanted my number and address, and got testy when I refused to give it to them. They would not tell me what this company was, and what items, or services I "owed". To make a long story short, I contacted BMC Limited (googled), and they would not tell me anything, but I emailed them. They said I had them confused with BMC West. After I got that email, I then called AAA collections back, with my name and account #, and my name and file number magically disapeared and they had not record of me. Yet they harrased my father for months??? Phishing scam all over.
