some of us are in debt not because we buy stupid stuff...I'm in debt due to the company I work for not giving me a raise for 8yrs, while the cost of gas, food, electricity, etc have gone up. I bet you ask why don't I find a new job....Well I've been looking, but there just aren't any jobs out there. My part time job closed after 22 yrs of business! When you've been making $10.00 an hour for the past ten years and prices go up, this is how I ended up in debt! Having to use credit cards to pay electric bill, I canceled my cable, and all the other extra fun stuff, like going out to dinner with a friend or a movie. Not all of us are dead beats due to over spending on stupid stuff

When they talk smak to you and Threaten you get there name and address where they are from and call the police in that city, state and have them Arrested for Threatening you, if you have them on Record then press Charges with a Prosecuting Attourney from there and make them sit a few months in JAIL for it Threating People they should be held Accountable for there actions.

I would like to first say that I had a job and was paying my bills and had someone send someone to kill me at my work i had to leave a job i worked at for over 20 yrs and nobody not even the credit card companys cared about me or my problems just that i give them money (what money No JOB) as far as going to work at Wal-Mart those people won't give you the time of day in person to talk to unless you pass there Test which is a bunch of bull (I failed it) if it wasn't for my family (which is on a fixed income) i would be on the street with no where to live. I have applied for many a job and got the same bull no we are not hiring and leave us your number will get back with you. (liars) I been out of work for awhile over a yr and not made much sucess at finding a good paying job, If i had a job i would pay my bills but i don't so what am i to do?

Automatic caller machine did not leave a message just calls and hangs up. When you get a call add them to your contact list then go into settings and change ringer to mute

well being i get tired of solicitors callling me about debt repair or some old medical bill I currently have no job and these people expect me to pay them which at the moment i cant and dont have any plans to pay them what i dont have they are all the same dont care if you dont have a job no income i currently have applied for several jobs in the last yr and still no one will hire me and they  keep calling 3 times a week i have just turned off my phone and stopped taking calls

this number called me 800-616-5473 and didnt leave no message I hate when a**holes call me and don't leave no message I have had several do***e bags call this week and do the same thing and some claim thatt they was selling credit repair or debt consolitdation which  i don't have any credit cards so why am i getting calls from these people and if i did why would i let some STRANGERS over the phone tell me and let them have my Information SSN#  Most likely Theives out for SC AMMING me any way If you get a neame turn it over to the AAT> GENERAL and le5t them PROSCEUTE them for HARRASING People .

THEY ARE SO STUPID THEY ASKED FOR ANTONIO THAT OWED ON A CREDIT CARD THEY DIDN'T  VERIFIED THE LAST NAME OR ANYTHING AND I GOT ALL ALL INFORMATION FOR ANTONIO THAT IT WASN'T ME SOCIAL # ALL ADDRESSES WORK PLACES ETC. NOW THAT'S WHY  THERE'S LOTS OF IDENTITY THEFT LHR THEY HAVE TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE TALKING TO THE RIGHT PERSON THEY WERE LOOKING FOR ANTONIO LOZA WRONG LAST NAME THEY NEVER ASKED ME FOR MY LAST NAME UNTILL I TOLD THEM ARE YOU SURE YOU GOT THE RIGHT PERSON THEN HE ASKED AFTER I GOT ALL INFO.  CAREFUL WITH THESE SCUMBAGS.

Received a phone call at work from a Rich Tomaka.  He stated I owed money on a Legacy Visa from 2007 and was very nasty.  I told him my lawyer would be contacting him.  He asked me how did I find money for a lawyer when I haven't paid a bill since 2007 that I was not aware of.  I just hung up on him.

Hey Shawn, did you even read the message? Do you think good honest working folks stop paying their bills because they are what you define as "slugs"? If they had the choice to pay credit card bills or being thrown out on the street, which one do you think they would choose? Obviously, working for classless collection companies who drill into your head that everyone who doesn't pay their bills are losers, it couldn't possibly be because they don't have a choice.Your post just proves to me that you couldn't care less about a person or family's circumstances, just your bonus for collecting debt. You shouldn't assume everyone who aren't paying their bills is because they chose that route. Maybe you should spend less time trolling websites like this and more time trying to work with people who are financially struggling.

Sometimes bad things happen to good people, ramron, and they cannot pay their bills. It does not mean they are a deadbeats. In these economic times, this is becoming much more common. These people are not deadbeats, they are people who have lost their jobs due to layoffs or downsizing. Making sure you are keeping a roof over your head and food on the table for your family outweighs paying credit card bills. Maybe you should think about that before you classify everyone who isn't paying their credit card debt as deadbeats.

Got a call this morning from "LHR" asking me about a neighbor.  They said they'd tried to contact him but his phone wasn't working.  Did I know of anything that was going on "over there."  I said I didn't know why they were calling nor who they were, so I couldn't help them.  They were persistent and said they were trying to help my neighbor (yeh, right). Looked up LHR and they come up as a collection agency - saying they were a nice, kind collection agency.  Their tactic this morning makes me think they are just sneaky and underhanded.

the stupid F-er who called me from he sounded like he was on crack (going a mile a minute and sounded a wee bit figety) and said I was related to some Steve guy(I may be 17 but I know whose in my family) and then the picklefucker said I was lying and that theres no way our number could be on that file because it was Classifid and I told him welcome to the real world the government f**ks up all the time and still went on and finally I realized duhhh it's a new number but he still countinues to go on

Yeah, so I've been married for 6 years and this man kept calling for my husbands ex-wife of seven years ago.  I know this girl hasn't been using his name or number all these years- so are they just digging up peoples old debtors and trying to get people to pay?  What kind of SCUM actually runs a business trying to purposely rip people off with no legitimate basis?  I called this guy back- Justin Smith x 2376- and let him know that this girl hasn't lived here for many years. He just wanted to know if I kept in contacted with her and if I knew where she lived.  WHAT A MORON...

This number called me...asking for my neighbors info...saying it was important to speak to her.... The lady's name was Gena, and I asked how she got my phone # & she said she just found it????? wierd.......She had my neighbors address & name correct, but I did not giver her my neighbors phone # .... If they call me back, what should i do???? They said to have my neighbor call them back at 1-800-616-5473. The phone ID said New York 716-648-3240.
