if they truly are a genuine, legitimate company, they wouldnt call peoples' houses again and again, then hanging up..google the number..all of us arent wrong.  YOU are the only one who says they are legit and your English is very poor so you are probably working for them.

called me three days in a row so far..no talking at all..just call and then hang on the line, then hang up. When I called back, an Indian answered..tech support.  I said tech support for whom? No response. I told him this was a scam and that I had found all kinds of info on the web with the number.  He says, no scam and hung up.

I have gotten that call about 5 times about they are receiving error messages form my computer. The last time I called their toll free number and spoke to Ron operator ID 102WN of BC Tech. I asked him how were they getting theses messages he says when I click on send feedback (I never click on send feedback) I said oh really. So how did you call my telephone number? He said it was given when the computer/software was registered. I said that is amazing do you know why? Ron said no why. I said because the number you are calling me on is about two weeks old and I have not bought or registered anything with that number ever. I also advised him that I recorded Lisa and him and that the number they are calling is registered in the Missouri and National Do Not Call list. He hung up. I called him back with my call ID blocked and said Ron you hung up he said no bad connection - what BS - I made him repeat my number and he assured me I would not be called again. I told him that is good because I have everything recorded.

Received a call from "Unknown Caller".  The caller said that they were from Windows, that they were receiving hundreds of errors from my computer, and that they wanted to show me the errors.  When I asked for a number to call them back, she said to call 800-619-0765 and ask for Lisa.  This number doesn't seem to exist on the Windows website.

No, Thats totally wrong. I am not agree with you. I have taken support from them. They are Genuine people and company. I really appreciate them that they did a good job and i am very thankful for them..!!!!

claimed to be windows representative, computer at risk. Fell for it. Allowed them access to computer, became suspicious, made excuse, got phone number to call them back. Found number in comments about another number listed here. Multiple different company's found with the name they supplied, assume it is ID theft scam.
