Since 2009 i have been dealing with a guy named "Jim Hawk"  he claimed to be from my local radio station 106.9 the eagle in Hagerstown Maryland.  Over the course of several years he called two or three times a year to sell ads for starving children, abused children, breast cancer etc etc...the ads ran about $400 dollars for 3 to 6 spots in a week.  "jim" sounded like a nice guy but he was definetly and over the top salesmen and very cheesey on the phone.  I eventually sold my business, it was a pizza restaurant, and bought a new business, a restaurant and bar.  After a couple months of being open I get a call from Mr. Jim Hawk again...he was asking for money for a missing childrens ad campaign, he even said he had stopped into my restaurant for a beer earlier in the week.  I told him at this time I was not interested in placing ads as my business was new.  I thought that was the end of it, however several weeks later i get a bill for 398 dollars from radio accounting services in chicago illinois.  I called my local radio station and told them about the problem and asked to speak to Jim Hawk.  The station manager informed me that they didnt have nor ever had a Jim Hawk work there for them.  I immediatly knew something was fishy.  I threw the invoice away, i wasnt going to pay for something I didnt agree to, nor ever hear.  Over the next several months i recieved constant badgering letters saying i owed the 398 dollars and if i didnt pay it would be turned over to collections.  I threw them all away.  Now it gets even crazier.  The next letter I get is from the president of radio accounting services in chicago and it says that someone going by the name of Jim Hawk has been misleading there customers and has been fired and that they are taking legal action against him.  they sincerely apologized for his actions.  I thought all was good and it was finally over, but now today I get a letter from "Ira I Silverstien" in chicago illionois saying basically he is acting as a collection agency.  First of all I dont know of any lawyers who ACT as collection agencies, secondly his letterhead adress is 3312 W Peterson Ave...THE SAME EXACT ADRESS as radio accounting services.  LOL  so you mean to tell me this lawyer is operating out of the same building???  yeah right.  I google street viewed that adress, its a small s****y building on a small s****y ghetto a** looking street in chicago.  Looks like a dump.  For the life of me based on everything I have read about these guys and my own experience i cannot understand how they continue to be aloowed to operate a business.  What a f****ng scam.  NEVER and i mean NEVER agree to or say anything to these guys, simply hang the phone up.

Maybe you should do a little research before you post false information. These guys are great and very legitimate. They sell unused airtime for radio stations all over the country and I have been using their services for years. You people need to grow up and quit your bitching and act like men. Where I come from speaking falsely about someone will get you killed. So I suggest all you f**gots shut the f*** up, grow some balls, and only speak when you know what you're talking about otherwise put about 15 juicy dicks in your mouth and call it a day because you are nothing more than a sad soul with nothing better to do than to badger great people. Sorry your life is so terrible. Hopefully the 15 dicks will help. Dicks make bi****s happy.

I agreed to a radio add for a Patriots week they were hosting in Houston during the week of 9/11 - as a veteran owned business was happy to participate.  I never received a copy of the ad that was apparently played and then I received a collection call. After refusing to pay due to lack of proof that it was played in my geographic area was promised an .mp3 audio of the ad with proof it was played in my area - never heard from them again except by mail and they're threatening to turn me over to collections and report me to the credit bureau.  I live in Houston and the bill I received is for KEZX AM - 730 Radio in Oregon....not even a valid radio station in my area.  I agree that this is likely a scam!

Had several calls from a Jay Tinsley, said he was veteran and had something he's sure I'd be interested in. Never called him back, he left way too many voice mails. Today I get a invoice from Radio Accounting Service for $699.00 for some spots on a radio station a long way from me, promoting for giving blood. Man am I pissed, I called every number and the so called GM named Mike and left voice mails to take the invoice and shove it, I never authorized squat. Besides that they sent the bill to my old address, if I had talked to someone they would have had my new address. This smells like a crap sandwich smothered in crap...

martin riggs called my place of employment stating with a radio station 104.? He said people stated our clinic was highly recommend by clients and they wanted them to reconize us with some ads on the radio i told him i would let the owner know about this looked up telephone # called from on caller id was 1-773-273-7387 but was given a different number to call back on with an ext. 1-800-621-1343ext 7387 i think trying to scammmmmm

Got a call from 'Mike' at ext 7380 of 1-800-621-1343.  He told me that three soldiers have died recently in Iraq due to lack of blood being available for transfusions.  So I called Julie Oliveri with the Armed Svcs Blood Program to verify.  Apparently, Mike is a LIAR.  WUSY 100.7 is who he claimed to be working for.  Mike wants me to sponsor some ads asking people to donate blood to their "local hospital or military center".   Are you kidding me?  I am a vet.  This reeks of Bull$h1t!  These a***oles want to play on our patriotism and steal from us.

I received a call from a Holly trying to sell advertising for a drunk driving ad.  Prices were very high and she was very pushy.  We contacted the radio station she was claiming to be call from, and they had never heard of her, they claim the were not endorsing her either.  The phone number she gave is not the phone number she was using.  773-478-0800 is the number from Chicago, she claimed to be calling from 104.1 out of Linwood, Michigan.  To all, this is a scam.

A "Martin" or "Marvin Riggs" called my place of business and tried to sell me on some radio ad for a Veterinary Medicine radio show they were doing on our local radio, he even used our local station's call numbers.  My workplace's caller ID gave me 224-388-3134 a cell-phone number that I reverse-looked up as Arlington Heights, Illinois.  But the guy told me I could contact him at 1-800-621-1343.  He sounded like he had no idea what he was talking about.  I called my local radio station and they said they had no such person, 1-800 number, or even the event he was selling me on.

Michelle Robinson harrassed me to listen to an advertisement she put together for a "children's back to school program" . . . tried to slip in the cost (FAR TOO HIGH FOR ANY REASONABLE PERSON).  And then hung up when I told her that I was not interested.  Let her know your thoughts  . .. maybe she can sell you a useless radio add . . . 1-800-621-1343, ext. 210.

Most annoying voice ever!  And the guy is trying to sell me radio ads on a radio station in a town 100 miles away.  Telemarketer claimed to be calling FROM that radio station, but the fact that I had never even heard of the station led me to the conclusion that he was full of sh*t.
