Same here.  One ring, but I guess I'm glad it was 3:25 pm, not in the morning

Actually the best app I have found is one
called "aFirewall".  It is very accurate and allows for various settings. (the "a" stands for "Android".  Try it.

They called with one ring and hung up. I called back to see who it is and what they wanted. ERC is the companies name and they were looking for a female named Tiffany Steak? More like a bogus phone call to me. I stated there is no such person who would have a name like that and requested to be taken off of there harassing calls for a bogus person and if I received one more call from them I'll be seeking legal action for making prank calls.

I don't have any school loans!  Haven't been in school for over 30 years!

rang once no one there basdards calling at 8am on my work cell phone, I called number back and a recored message said this will be recorded and erc.

Calls all times day and night... Only rings once or twice then hangs up... If I do catch it in time to answer, they hang up

Always rings once, never leaves message. On the rare occasion that I am able to pick up the phone in time, all I hear is a click and then the call disconnects. STOP CALLING ME!

its a debt collector for school loans

Received a one ring call from this number at about 8:15AM,(left no message either) and I do believe it to be E.R.C., debt collectors. Calling at this time is AGAINST THE LAW. Collection calls are not allowed to occur until 9:00AM and after.

Rang once. Hung up on answer.

claims to be a debt collector calling me about a phony account closed in 1993

Every day at least once a day. One ring and they hang up. No vm left. Getting very annoying.

rang twice at 8:09am MST then stopped.  showed up as missed call on phone.

Called me on both my work and cell number both before 8:30am.  Only rang once both times and the call ended before I could answer.
