ATT can kiss my lilly white a**.......I was  2 days late and they disconnected my cell phone...I called them, paid the bill plus the reconnection fee. I only did that for the simple fact I wanted to keep my phone number. After I had my cell number switched over to a different cell company, I called ATT and told them to disconnect the phone.  Now, they think I'm going to pay a monthly bill. They better think twice...They can all they want, I never answer the phone if its a TOLL FREE NUMBER!

Total scam...I just called an actual ATT number and told them this number had called me twice already concerning my telephone number. They looked it up in the ATT directory and they are not affiliated with the number AT ALL. They asked that if they called again to ask for an ID number so that they could keep track of the number as well. Sometimes people just suck.

This isn't a scam. It's AT&T. You're probably late on your bill - most likely your Internet. That 0822430150 is your account number, not a phone number.

I get this call today at 2:29p. Automated male voice says: "This is AT&T calling with an important service message". Then, it's like they go out of their way to say: "This is not a sales call". It goes on to say: "Please call 800-634-4948 regarding phone number 0822430150". And that I can access online: att.com/accountmanager...... Yeahhhh, so I'll just do that to give you my IP address. When I looked up this fake number (the 0822...) via google, nothing but Japanese characters pop up on every single listing. IT'S A SCAM....

Received a call on my cell phone from this number with no msg left.  Called back some minutes later and waited through the rigamarole from "AT&T"-finally was connected with a "Phillip Hanson"-could NOT make him understand I DON'T have an ATT account!  Finally, got ticked off and told him "I do NOT have an account with you; don't CALL my cell anymore" and hung up on him.

First off....I found it hilarious as I get to the bottom of this page the ad is for ...... AT&T!  :)

We only have our internet thru them....19.95 per month....I faithfully pay $25 via my bill pay option with my online banking and 2 days later the "check" has cleared.  Yet I ALWAYS receive a phone call......AND at 19.95 per month times the 10 months we have been under contract....= 199.50.  Correct, or did mathmatical equations change again?  But I have paid them $250.00.....with me so far?  I AM BEHIND ON MY BILL......hmmmmm.  Maybe I need to sign up for math 101 at the local community college as I am obviously missing something!

AT&T.  Seems like they start calling days before the bill is due.  Not sure why they are trying to collect yet.  I pay my bills on their due date.  Must be desperate for money or something!  Pathetic!!

Got a voice mail saying ATT I contacted ATT (got a number of website) and they said it was probably a fake phone call. None of the numbers on the website were this number.

ATT is the worst ever when it comes to customer service, can never get anything right and always had my plan or billing messed up.  I once had them for everything:  home phone, cell, home internet, and broadband since I travel weekly.  Almost a year ago, I dropped them like a hot potatoe from all but my home phone.  I would have switched that too, but they are the only carrier in my area who provides a 'real' landline.  And once again, they added features I didn't want so am being overcharged.  This entire company needs to be revamped since no one seems to know what is going on!

This contact number has been contacting now four days. The amount being requested for ism.t available. A representative stated I wasn' 7 able to authorize to handle this account nor make payment arrangements.


My debit card is in my name but the payments is debited from my card. Requesting a full payment;though I mentioned it could be paid prior to the firstif deposit on our Financial Institution, but there is another alternative.

Due to both disabilities we can afford to have our services interruptrf.

We do appreciate your patience in this matter

Got a call from 800-634-4948 at 8:00 am. I was still in bed and could not answer the phone right away (btw, they did not even leave a message) so I called back to find out its At&t stating that my phone is being disconnected due to non payment...I paid my bill on the due date of 11/10/2011 and on 11/15/2011 they are saying they are going to disconnect..I am furious when I paid on  the due date and at&t does not update their systems and then 5 days later they say they are going to disconnect??? I guess thats why so many people are leaving at&t...well my contract is up in January and at&t will no longer have my business

look at my other post,I called AT&T and all I kept hearing is your bill is now paid in full sir,I said I already know that but I don't appreciate being accused of not paying my bill and being charged a late fee when I did nothing wrong.and I kept hearing your bill is now paid,they would do nothing about the late fee.then started giving me a sales pitch for their TV and cellphone service.I hung up and then e-mailed them complaining and told them I was now a extremely unhappy customer and was going to drop AT&T and go with a local phone company,20 minutes later the phone was ringing the guy tells me we are sorry and will credit your next bill for the late fee and will not cash the check.funny how that worked,looking at the post above mine from Jenny5602 they lost her payment for the same month this tells me something about their payment center a bunch of morons probably work there.
