Melissa Hayden called asked for my husband like she knew him and I said he was not home, then goes on to say she was trying to get in touch with our neighbor and she must have missed him at work and could we walk a message over to them....WTF hell no...and don't call me again.

This Melissa person just called my 90 year old neighbor and left a message, he came shuffling over with it and almost fell down the steps leaving. THIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
This is only my first stop to complain. Next stop the Federal Trade Commission.

Melissa Hayden is extremely rude and misrepresents herself.  I am a Nurse Practitioner and she called my 80 year old father implying I had a patient who desperately needed to reach me.  She called my office Medical "on call" staff at 8pm and insinuated it was work related and required immediate call back.  Both stated she was "extremely rude" . I have reported her as well.

She works for Viking Collection Agency out of Eden Prairie MN.

melissa hayden from viking collections left a message on my cell phone, which is on the do not call list.  wouldn't tell why, i don't even think it was for me, her message was very curt.
then i find out that she even called my church to get my information, is this legal?  it's an invasion of privacy and how do they know where my church is, it's very scary.

Calling my father in law.  I don't know what collection company she is from.

Woman keeps calling trying to get ahold of one of my professors. Her name is Melissa Hayden does not give the company name, but I'm betting its a collection agency.  Aren't they not supposed to harass people at their workplace?  So far she's not gotten heated with me, but now she is starting to harass my boss since she can't get in touch with her intended target.

Yesterday, September 28,2009 she went so far as to phone my next door neighbor with whom we only have a nodding acquaintance, and try to pump them for information.

I doubt seriously that phoning neighbors is acceptable business methods for anyone other than the FBI or police department.
We have written a letter to the company telling them to stop all phone calls...we'll see if they stop.

Actually, I am betting this person has multiple accounts at viking and since it is the same info for a different bank you are getting all the calls.

Melissa Hayden from Chase (supposedly) is really a collection agency. Very rude and obnoxious. Very threatening. I've reported her.

Same thing.  Melissa Hayden left a very rude message for a distant relative who lives in another state.  She left this 800 number to call her back.  No thanks.

This Melissa Hayden call from 800 637 4564 saying it is urgent to speak with Mary. No Mary lives at my house. She says that a Mary is using this phone number in South Dakota and also using a PO Box of which she doesnt reveal. Very rude messages. Have called back to let them no there is no Mary and still about twice a year they call and say they will make a note of it. yeah right. I asked her where she was calling from and she hung up on me. Real legit!!! She is so rude with the messages she leaves on my phone.

Said that her name was Melissa Hayden but wouldn't tell me where from. I told her when she could talk like a person instead of yelling to call back. So she said she'd call me boss and hung up.
