I get a call from (800) 637 5390 every night, my phone number is on the do-not-call list so they should not be calling. No one answers when I pick up.

Hung-up immediately.  Assume its a telemarketer computer system that determines when people are home...expect a pitch tomorrow for something I don't want.  Plan to waste thier time...time is money.
