Has been calling for several weeks if not months....no one there when we answer.....No one there when we call back!!!!!!!  How do we get them to stop?

I am so tired of calls from this number. No one answers, no messages are left.  How do I get rid of them?

Recieve Calls approximately Twice a week. Visiting California from Midwest and have my calls forwarded from my home #. Aside from Cell phone charges this is extremely annoying. Calls arive starting around 6:Am PST. Made to EST at approx 9:am

Called and claimed to be from the Homeless Veterans. Rude, rude, aggressive telemarketer! Wouldn't tell me what organization he was calling from, then said it quickly, and then hung up on me when I firmly repeated my request to be TAKEN OFF! their calling list.
Makes me so angry.

These characters are calling here now!  

Did a google search and there was NO SUCH charity to be found as "CA "Retired Sheriff's and Highway Patrol".  Same thing on BBB charities list.

Am reporting to state and Feds as a fraudulent con as that is what it appears to be.

They called x9 today.  No one is there when I say hello.  How can we make it stop.  We have a business and feel we should always answer the phone.

They have been calling several times a week......but 9 today is over the top.

Sunday 2/25/07, two times, no one answers.

We have been receiving these calls also that just hang-up. If I don't say hello then someone comes on the line, then when they hear my voice they hang-up. I have gone to donotcall.gov and put in a complaint in their complaint division. I hope everyone will do that so they see the nuance it has become. Thank you.

We have been getting several calls a day from this number at all times of the day, some as late as 8:30pm when we are putting our kids to bed.  They also call on the weekends at all hours.  No message is ever left and nobody is ever there when we pick it up.  We have donated in the past but no on is on the other end asking for money so how do we know that is where the calls are coming from?  I do want them to stop and would tell them that if anyone was there.

It calls on Holidays and weekends too, 4-5 times per day, I am not sure if you guys have donated any money to any law enforcement before, but I got the phone calls since I donated just $15 dollars to the CA Sherrif's and Highway Patrol. I am so sick of these calls and am so regrat for unnecessary donation.

I have been experiencing the same problems with this number.  Three to five times a day, we receive the call and the party hangs up when we answer.  Today, however, a woman named Patty from the CRS stayed on the line to ask for a donation to help abused children on behalf of the CA Retired Sherrif's and Highway Patrol.  This is an aggressive telemarketing company.  I am filing a harassment complaint with the police and the phone company.  I strongly urge everyone to contact the CA Sherrif's Association and Highway Patrol offices to express your displeasure at these calls and at how poorly this telemarketing company is representing their cause.  

I get 3 to 5 calls a day from these ding a lings. If I answer - they hang up, but if my wife answers they will ask for our daughter - they say it is a courtesy call - but will not say for what company - my wife has told them numerous time that our daughter no longer lives at our number and to remove us from their list - but that falls on deaf ears and brainless minds!

Just do what I do, keep one of those mini air horns that use the CO2 cartridges handy.   When one of these imbeciles calls, just grab the airhorn and give em a full TOOT into the mouthpiece.

I hope they get brain cancer, every one of these idiots that call from that 800 number.

Annoying calls.  How do we stop these companies from driving us crazy?  

When you pick up, no one is there, if you call back, no one picks up.

I'm getting sick of these turd heads.  They call all the time.  Why can't someone step in and do something about these people and others like them.  Appearently the White House doesn't get these calls, or this would have stopped a long time ago. :)

The Last Message is not correct in the 1 800 274-1051 for that company, please do not call it to report abuse. But do call Your customer service phone company n they will give You the number to call. Again sorry!

Very Werid Indeed! We also are getting 3 to 4 calls a day from this number and no one speaks on the other end when you answer it. Also have called them back to have the normal ring then also busy signal.
You can call the acutal company at 1 800 274-1051 which we got after calling our local phone company. Ask them to remove You from their calling list or You will report their abuse to the FCC.

Very weird... They called many times without leaving messages. When I called back the phone rang at first for a few seconds and then the normal signal became the busy one.
