Get repeated calls from this number sometimes more than twice a day.  Don't recognize the number so I don't answer or call back.

Got a call from this number, said she was from Monarch Recovery Management. Collection agency. no one here they are looking for, so told her & she did not want to give me her company name, hung up after she said so I could not ask to be removed from their calling list. Will send them a cease & desist letter & then if they call it will be actionable.

This number called me a lots and I tried to return the call and ask them why they tried to call me a lots. The guy is asking the social security number, birthday and mailing address, but I ask him can you just gave the last 4 social security number see belong to me or not? He yelled at me and refused to answer me the questions I ask him. This number may belong to the hacker organization. We need FBI to investigate this number make sure it legal operation or not.

These people keep calling and ask to pay some credit card bill. Some bill which does not even exist.
The person claimed to be calling from First Premier Bank. Has my social security number and address to my surprise.

The fear factor is enhanced particularly in the seniors, by law firms who rent their spare telephone lines to the collection agency so they can say, "this is so-and-so" from XYZ Law Firm.

We call these people bottom feeders. The only way they can go through the legal process is to sue, serve you with papers and show up in court. And that costs way more than they have paid to take over the "collection balance".

Got a call from these people yesterday using 855-880-6086 and today using 800-640-9072, both on my cell, same time each day, around 8:30am. I never answer calls I cannot identify and I figure if these morons really did want to talk to me they'd leave a message - the don't. So since I've got very little debt none of which is in any way delinquent I assume that either a) they're complete idiots or b) they're scammers looking to prey on the gullible who they can brow beat into sending them some quick cash. Either way I want nothing to do with them and if these calls continue I'll simply block the numbers.

Third call from Monarch Recovery today, new number calling each time, they just started calling today, if they don't stop I'll sue them good and proper. Gave them the silent ringtone treatment for the other two numbers and the same for this new one.

I have no debt - none - nada!  Why are they calling me?  Also, receiving calls from 855-880-6086.  AND, I am registered on the Do Not Call list.
Why can these jerks call me when I pay the bill for my cell number???????

Debt collector calling from 800-640-9072, asking for someone I never heard of.  Calls my cell phone multiple times a week, sometimes several times a day.  Caller will say, "This is a message for Thomas Long.  There will be a 3 second pause.  If you continue to listen to this message, you are acknowledging that you are Thomas Long.  [pause]  You have acknowledged that you are Thomas Long.  This is [name changes and is usually garbled] of Monarch Recovery Management.  This is an attempt to collect a debt."  And on and on . . .

Ridiculous - if I continue to listen to this message, I am acknowledging I am Thomas Long!  Absurd and harassing attempt to deceive.

The caller leaves a message for me to call back at another number, which I have never done.  I am not Thomas Long, don't know Thomas Long, and have no idea how they got my number.  I have the number blocked, but they sometimes leave a message anyway.

I've received two calls from called ID 800-640-9072 MONARCH RECOVER. The caller, Amy, was rude and demanding when she insisted, "are you going to answer my questions or not?" She did confirm that the call was from Monarch Recovery Management in Philadelphia, but hung up before giving a phone number or mailing address. Monarch Recovery Management is trying to contact someone unknown to me - using cold-calls to "skip trace" debtors.

I believe 855-880-6086 is another number used by Monarch Recovery Management.

I received a call on Friday February 22, 2013 looking for my husbands brother Ronald.  Ronald does NOT live at my home, nor has ever lived here.  He lives in NJ.  I don't appreciate getting phone calls about him and people looking for him.  I haven't had any contact with him in almost 4 years.  It's not for me to know his business, and if he doesn't pay his bills, get another job and pay them. It is fraud per legal advice to use someones phone #.   18006409072 is the phone # for the company that called.

Just started getting calls from Monarch Recovery. Owe no debts whatsoever. It appears Monarch has purchased a list of phone numbers that are incorrect and it is breaking every law regarding collections by phone. I am logging the calls and if they continue will file suit in small claims court. Only way to stop this type of outfit.

LOL. I bet you put that rep into a terminal coma. Do you know that a company to whom you owe money will send you legitimate notices for a while, then take a tax write-off on the debt and sell it to these agencies for pennies on the dollar? So say on a $1,000 debt they sell to Agency for $100. Agency pays them the hundred. Company declares $900 loss to IRS. That offsets company's profits. Then Agency begins calling Mr. Smith who owed the company the original $1,000.  Here's the fun part. Mr. Smith has no money, is on public assistance, can't pay the debt so the Agency keeps calling and keeps adding interest to the debt. Interest piles up month by month. They intimidate Mr. Smith so that he finally takes his food money, what he usually uses to buy a little treat here and there for himself, over and above the few dollars a month he gets from public assistance, and begins to make payments. Agency rakes in the money, Mr. Smith goes hungry, is terrified of Agency because they threaten lawsuit. Etc.. So Mr. Smith is paying on and on because of the continuing debt build up caused by interest charges and the Agency ends up collecting over the $1,000 debt. Get the picture everyone? In addition, there is a statute of limitations on debts owed under company contracts. Look up your state. Some states discharge a debt after 3 or 4 years. Some as much as 8 years. What does this mean? If Mr. Smith ran up the $1,000 in the  year 2008, and lives in a 4 year state, he doesn't owe anything now! The Agency cannot legally collect from him.  The debt has been discharged. But the Agency is still taking his food money from him and giving him no peace of mind.

Just received a call from them and it stated monarch recovery services.  Opps they need to learn how to tell time no message.  But, when you call before eight in the morning kind of violates the fair debt collection act. Even if its at 7:59 gotcha.
