Lol they didn't call me they texted me (f you )and then nothing after I asked who is this lol they got a new number to (651) 800-8524 they switched it around

This is a company called DCM Services, they try to collect debt from deceased persons.
Looking for the head of estate of someone who is deceased.

THEY ARE DEBT COLLECTORS THAT WILL DO ANYTHING TO FIND A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER TO CONTACT TO TRY TO COLLECT DEBT.

They keep calling me and I keep not answering phone.

Always check your phone Caller ID first and if the caller is not a friend, your employer or business you know and trust, or from your local calling area, then never answer the phone ... let it ring while you go do something else. Your State's Do Not Call List and the Federal Do Not Call List mean absolutely nothing to these criminals. I'm surprised at the number of people that answer these scam calls ... are people really that dumb or clueless about scams?! Apparently people really are that ignorant about phone scammers after reading some of these comments.

If this is from Indy, I have told them before I will give no money for the defense of Officer BISARD that has not gone to trial yet on running in the back of three motorcycles 3 years ago and killed one and injured the other 2 he is still walking the streets. That shuts them up real quick.

Block teh number if you have *60 I did they just called me. and they are blocked.
I block all teh numbers that have nothing to do with me.

As a tax payer, isn't it wonderful that the police have a right to ask you for money because you are on the property tax roles.  I'm sure they believe that since property owners have the most to lose from criminal invasion of their neighborhoods, our wallets just pop open like a jack-in-the-box at the sound of "police assistance.'

Yes, but the State Highway Patrol Foundation allows these telemarketers to continue doing this in their name! So yes, you can blame the State Highway Patrol!

Caller ID shows name of caller as: Toll Free Caller. I have never seen a store or business named "Toll Free Caller", All REAL business's have REAL names and Caller ID shows their REAL name...not a bogus name! .. I never answer recognized spam callers, I only answer phone for friends and businesses I know. Big Clue on why you should never a call like this - What kind of "company or business" would use the name "Toll Free Caller" if it was legit?!

This number called today and asked for my fiance. He sounded like they were pals the way he asked. I didn't look at the caller ID prior to answering. Told him he had just left for work. The man replie "ugggggghh" really nasty throaty sound. Then he hung up on me. Hope he doesn't keep calling!

This rude caller asks for my wife, and when I ask if I can take a message he simply says "Nope. Thanks, buddy." and hangs up. I believe he is a solicitor and he hangs up before I can tell him to stop calling. I do not want calls to my home from this number anymore.

I just let phone ring as these IDIOTS have called dozens of times during 2012 and refuse to comply with the Do Not Call List - both State & Federal.

Sick of them calling, and calling and calling and acting like there's something wrong with me when I'm annoyed.

They just called us.  You folks do know that charities and others can and are allowed to call anyone even if you are on the Do Not Call listing.  

IF you are on that list, it is vitally important you report every unwanted call.  Those which are illegal can be stopped and if the state Attorney General is on the ball like in Indiana, they will go after them and do something.  We have been pestered by some callers, reported them and the state went after them and fined them millions of dollars and the calls stopped, so please report all unwanted calls.  You can do it online easily.

And, by the way, supposedly the Indiana State Police Foundation or one of those supposed police organizations, really isn't, but not sure which one.  The one we just got is not the ISPF.  But anyway, we have heard and sincerely believe many of these "charity" calls are done by prisoners!  So beware!

How annoying are these calls?????????????   My husband works shift work and no matter how many times you request your number removed, it never happens.  All I can say is, "their Mothers must be so proud of what they have done with their lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I received a call from someone today, 9/23 (sunday) claiming to be calling on your behalf. When they first called they acted like they knew my dad. I had been in my room taking a nap and answered it bcs others in my house were doing likewise. I asked my brother where Dad was bcs i couldnt find him and he said he didnt know, i asked your who am i talking to to take a message. He informed me he was calling for you. I asked him in future reference if you could not call on Sunday as we are Christian and try to keep it as a family day/day of rest. He then RUDELY laughed at me and said, well your dad isnt there! I said he's probably walking the dogs since my mom and them are not here, not that it is your business. I find this to be extremely rude. My father often donates to the FOP and Fire Department. DONT EVER ASK US FOR MONEY AGAIN as you will never receive it. We are very pissed off that there is a check in the mail to you or the FOP right now. I wouldn't answer their calls anyway.  There are so phoney charities out there that operate on the fringes of legallity I choose to ignore them.  If they serious they would leave a message and if they don't them f*** 'em.

Tried to dial back the number but no one picked up on thier end.

They called me 6/10/2012 at 2:24 PM.

This number called this morning at 10:15.  I did not answer the phone due to it being a 800 number.  They did not leave a message on voice mail.  Had dealings with these people before and when they were informed that I was not going to give them any money they just hung up.

Calls, does not leave message.  QUIT CALLING!  We are on the Do Not Call List, stop already.

I just looked up the number that is this same one ..800-651-5458 and I heard a gun being cocked and a shot rang out. I called back that number and the phone was busy. This has really upset me to no end. I am not kidding.

We have recieved numerous calls from this number, I called it back tonight, was greeted with "welcome to our corporate offices,if you know you parties extension, you may dial it now, for more options, press #". I pressed #, nothing happened, so I started with extension 100, kept getting voicemails, until I got to extension 113, then a lady answered, "Premier Mentoring". when I told her I had missed a call from 800-251-5458, she tried to tell me whom had called but could not find out, she said it must have been a miss dial.. Have recieved several calls from this number in the last week.

I receive at least 1 sometimes 3 calls daily from this phone number(800-651-5458). I have asked them repeatedly to remove me from their list and the never do. This is ridiculous.
