Yes, I honestly am, I just spoke with them, they said "its a auto dialer and there is a delay so..." Then I cut her off and said if there is a delay why do I get hung up on, I then informed her that automatic dialing is illegal if done to the same number more than 3 times a day, and it has to be between 8AM-9PM she asked for some contact info for a guy who doesn't work here, I told her I didn't have the contact info she said we'll take your number off the list.  So I'm in for sure if they call back, otherwise I'd call the number back and press 0 then they connect you.

This IS NOT bank of the west - even though the number appears to be them - it is a scam to get your banking information - they are using a program that shows them as calling from a legitimate phone number in order to fool you.

be careful - this is a valid number for bank of the west and someone wants you to identify it as such and give out security info on your account.

This is odd. if you look at the number given for ticketmaster VIP, it is this number. I haven't actually rang it but got this strange email from them about a vip event ( which turned out to be an admin error. )

I get calls from this number ten times a day, no messages, nothing on the line. I AM on the do-not-call list. If it really IS Bank of the West...I don't bank with them, never have!

I am getting calls at work re a loan I am renewing but the collections people do not seem to want to check with the originating branch to verify this and of course cease making these calls.  It is a CD secured note  with a hold on the funds, where do they think it will go!!!  Also it is only 3 days past the maturity and I was told I could not do anything until the maturity date...Wow some policy...

keep getting phone calls from 1-800-653-0362 and when you answer there is a long pause and then a recording says listen to an important message from Bank of the West.  Indicating missed payments.   This is ridiculus.   My payment (on time) has cleared the bank and posted to my account.   This is a scam as I've never been late with any payment.   NICE TRY.

I get these calls about 8 times a day and no one is ever on the line. I called it back and it says bank of the west. A customer service rep agreed to delete the number from their call list so we will see what happens now.

States they are Bank of the West, however, they are being investigated as Bank of the West claims it isn't them and that they wouldn't call asking for any information....DO NOT GIVE THEM PRIVATE INFORMATION!!

Bank of the west.  They call all the time ! my payment was due on the 12th i was told I have a 10 day grace period with them.  But when the 14th hits they are calling me non stop.  Its super annoying. And then even after making a payment they are still calling.  ugh !

It is bank of the west.  I have a motor home loan through them.  I was one day late with a payment due to travel plans.  I received three phone calls the day after the payment was due. I am still receiving calls 12 days after the payment was made, as their system does not process electronic payments or cross referencing them with the collection center.

Never again will I have any dealings with bank of the west.

I get calls from this number every hour up to my bedtime at 10:00PM.  The want my account number with Bank of the West....I think the FBI should get involved with this scam....

I am getting up to ten calls a day from 800-653-0362.  I've ignored most of them and the two or three I have answered, no one is there and I get disconnected.  I noticed people that posted before me commented on Bank of the West and I do have an auto loan through them.  I'll call the 800 number on my statements later when I get home.

I get constant calls from this number 800 653 0362 all the time. Usually it's an automated "Please stay on the line" call, but this morning I actually got a human being. She was rude and seemed very, very eager to hang up on me, but I managed to ask her where she was calling from and she said Bank of the West. I said that they had called us several times early this Saturday morning and she insisted that she didn't have any information because the "system is down" and she couldn't answer any questions and would have to call back... I started to ask her NOT to call back, and to take our number off their call list (or to put it ON the do not call list) but she hung up on me.
We don't have any accounts or loans with Bank of the West.

Could actually be Bank of the West. 2 missed calls from this #, so looked it up here. I haven't paid my car payment yet, and am a few days late until I get paid again. So it makes sense if it IS actually them..

Bank of the West. They call our company line no less than 10 times a day. Never say who they are, they just hang up! I found out who was calling by dialing *69. Called and spoke to a CSR and they are trying to get in touch with our CEO. So frustrating!

This number calls about 6-10 daily with no response when answered.  I consider this harassment.  Wastes time & money to answer.  I'm disinclined to call the number back to ask to be removed.  Wish there was a central clearinghouse to stop this kind of harassment.
