I recieved a call from a Qualia  Collections this morning for a grandson.  Name of caller was a man named Wess or Weston. Same company everyone above is complaining about.  I do not have my grandsons phone number memorized, could not give it to him.  He was very rude. His number is 1(707)792-2031.  Wanted my name as if I am responsible for anyone else's debts.  It's funny because he called me, as well as my grandsons boss yet does not have the grandsons number. Told my grandson to check them out thoughly before sending any money to them.  This man lied and said they don't accept payments yet their web site says the do.  They need not call me again. Beware!

Strange call they call you then hang up when I called back they hung up I called again and they said they have wrong number if they call again I will look for lawyers who now handle this kind of misuse of communications but I have a feeling it's stemming from an unscrupulous car dealer ship on longisland where I purchased a car but was lied to several times during our negotiations

You sure don't want to fax them personal info about yourself. If they insist on telling you that you owe them something, tell them to put it in writing and mail it to you, then you can dispute the debt.

I have got a call from Michael Perkins QCS service trying to collect on an account i have paid last year  by automatically bank draft services and I do have the bank reports from last year. He wants me to fax him my bank information. What should I do?

Won't stop calling my phone. I don't answer I just ignore the call all together.

Well isn't this great. Robert Bruce finally stopped calling me. Now some do***e bag named Adam Barnes wont stop calling. These people need to figure out that the way they are calling is not legal in california. I am now going to report them to the local authorities and maybe even the FBI. I'm sick of their BS and its time they feel it. According to the FTC, if they have been told not to call and they continue to do it. They can be fined up to $13,000.00 for each violation. I'm glad i keep my phone bill. When i report this again, i think they will be fined around $150,000.00. I hope that's enough for them to finally see who they're messing with.

Got a call from Robert Bruce, QCS Service trying to collect on an account that was paid in full over a year and a half ago.  Claimed he was the collection agency and that I had a check amount unpaid.  I ended up hanging up on him as his information was completely inaccurate but yet he wanted me to give him information on my payment and who I previously paid it to etc.  I verified with the car dealership and the accounting office I previously worked with and they do not have an outstanding balance in my name and they do not work with any such collection service.  They will pursue reporting him to appropriate powers that be.

Got a call from Robert Bruce today, sounded like the guy said Qualia collection services. They got a wrong number and they wont stop calling, it's very annoying. If you get calls from them, just report them.
