If you are contacted by this company, and call the in-state number, you are transferred to 877-654-5817 "call center," whom will constantly call the phone you used to call, from the 877 number. I spoke with a Keith Stinson, (obviously someone who was not an attorney), whom I assume is as smart as the cue cards he was reading. I was calling a "law office" about a legal matter talking to a Muppet. The same day I began receiving robo-calls from the 877 number I began getting calls from a different credit collection company entirely, unrelated to the GEmoney/CareCredit account I settled. Their office lied to the Magistrate Judge about their being a settlement for an extension then called me 4 times a day after rejecting my three offers for payment in full of the actual charge off amount. Luckily they use other attorneys out of their location. We were able to settle the matter for the same amount I offered the law firm's 'representative.' They filed for the wrong amount of my account charge off. It was less than the full balance owed by 48 dollars. I?m sure it would have lingered on my credit report forever as an unpaid balance adjudicated and sealed. They are going to wish they had E&O and Malpractice Insurance.

I have worked in debt collection for years.  

*Here are some facts:
- If you are being called, you have a debt. Period.
-If you have followed the right steps to get removed from a call list, you will not be called.
-Personal information is not allowed to be left on a answering machine or voicemail.  You would need to return the call to see what it's in reference to.

*Advice:
-Debt happens to everyone.  Whether or not you think it's fair that your name is on the debt, neglecting it brings nothing but mroe debt.

Received a call tody from the Buffalo Law Firm, said business was slow because we are not really good Lawyers.

This company calls every day. I almost died to carbon monoxide poisoning 3.5 years ago in an apartment I was renting. While I've been fighting legally to get the medical bills paid, I had no choice but to live with my parents since I have to pay the medical bills until legal matters are settled. My mother whom is disabled, walks with a cain and has other medical issues,  has told these people over and over again to quit calling her phone. They are extreemely rude and keep calling.

Atkins called agaiin today every 2 weeks or so, have been calling for 5 years now!

I would have say they are a loser law Firm attempting to collects on debts from someone somewhere!

This Law Firm is a bunch of Jerks, they refuse to stop calling, I have called, faxed everythiing beside going to there Office in person.

I would say they have a scam up there sleeve because they call for no reason, no letter, just a robo call.

I checked and they are not licensed lawyers and or Debto Collectors int he State of West Virginia, they do not hold any surety bonds etc.

They called again today, they call every week or weekend.

they never say what they want.

I have given there name and number to the State Bar and AG's office.

Would not recommend or do business with them.

Yes they are bad company.....i am doing a closing and they refuse to help......to pay off a bill i owe ya think they would want my money but they arenow delaying the closing so i am going to sue them....

This number belongs to a law firm that is actually a collection agency typically for overdue medical bills.

Just got a call from this number a few minutes ago, we've told this firm that there's nobody in our home by the name they requested.

I advised this caller that they've been told several times to remove our number and they are still calling.  I then advised the caller we'd be calling our attorney since they refuse to remove our number from their call list!  This usually works.  ;)
