We were charged $30.06 to an account with no money and the bank charged another $29.  We are working to get it reversed.  Tried to call the 800 number and got the recordings....not able to leave messages and no one will answer.  How are they???????

I believe they are a fraud and they took money from me twice in two months.
I am trying to find a way to make them pay for this.

Report them to revenue Canada. Tax evasion is a serious criminal offense. The Canadian government will look into these criminals. In addition, you all can file a class action lawsuit against Matt and Jake Dylewski.

Anyone Dealing with any type of Charge still - I have Made a report to the ESA about these Scam Artists - The had my ISP Shut Off because the FullReleases.biz or .com site that works with the BillingServices out of Spain Scammed me as well My Kid wanted to purchase a game or movie and I quickly added my credit card info since it was only to be 4.95 and like a dummy I listened to my 13 year old instead of investigating it. Well I did send all the information away to the ESA and PayPal and they had used PayPal (Ebay Company) to help Shut them down. I did not get a phone call, but this number appears on my monthly credit card statement as "Us8006579205" and the name of the company is Billingsvc.com. This is a unauthorized charging of my account which  undoubtedly has a criminal background. Hope someone can stop them !

I received a payment on Billingsvc.com 2063579 US8006579205 ES for £5.04 followed by BILLINGHLP.COM PALMA DE MALL ES for £30.78, followed by another payment for £30.

I still dont figure out what payments these were as I dont have any email confirmations as I see for any internet payments. For all other payments I have email confirmations except this one. I have made complaint to the bank's fraud department, but they are pretty slow, and just now received their declaration form to complete. Let me see how this goes.

hey guys the best thing you can do is call your bank and dispute the charge .then have them issue you a new card.. this company is out of the country so most laws do not apply :( .... its ashame this people get away with this........ they got me too lol damn a***oles

Same thing happened to me, this company was milking money of about $37.00 a month off my credit card.  Definitely cancel the card and get in contact with your bank immediately to file a claim.  Otherwise you will never see that money again...

I am going through the same with Billinghlp and Barclaycard.

I have asked BCard to cancel and refund these billinghlp charges - I will let you know how they do and if they compare well with HSBC. I am so worried about it all.

www.billinghlp.com is  a BIG SCAM...........dont go and enter your CVV number or credit card number in their website.....because then they might shop online using your credit card.....

another thing is call up your bank and report this to them and they will issue a new card.......otherwise nobody can stop the illegal transactions...

its better not to trsut websites where they ask for credit card number in return for CD Keys or softwares beccause these websites are linked with sister scam websites like billinghlp.

Eevie, Sorry if you feel that I am an instigator. feeling like a dumbo for getting trapped by the crooks at fullreleases. Yes it makes me feel better seeing that so many have also fallen into the trap. But, NO, I have not cheated anyone out of any money.  If you read my posts you will find that I have advised others how to get their money back. Please read the forum before making accusations.

I was scammed too after a "one time" fee on fullrelease I found out I was recurrent charged montly for ? 29,95 and all sites given to cancel are NOT secure !!!! be aware !!!! I just googled and filled in " Fullrelease.com " and came a cross a site from them where you can delete your account at Fullrelease without giving your cc number just your emailaddress and your login  and I got an email from Billinghlp.com the same day that my "order" has been canceled and I could not make any use of my account at fullrelease and from this moment there will be no more charges from my CC card.

DON`T go the web addresses named here UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES !! as these are all NOT secured nor encrypted !!! always look on the padlock on a secure site and these are NOT !you make it only worse for yourself and easier for the scammer,as you are giving your CC number safety code away on an open net !just notify your bank and tell them your scammed they help you American express did by me

Mir wurde von BILLINGHLP.COM ,PALMA DE MA und BILLINGSVC.COM über mehrere Tage hinweg ingsgesamt 189,6 ? über die VISA-Karte abgebucht. Habe auch niemals die Kartennummer irgendwo angegeben. Karte sofort gesperrt und beschwerde an die Bank. Bin gespannt ob ich dieses Geld wieder bekomme. Wenn nicht, ist wohl klar, Bank wechseln. Cancel your card immediately! I have had exactly the same experience - with Fileclub.net and £4.95 from Allbilling.Net 888 888-452-5868 ES came off my card. I only needed one file, so when I couldn't find the file after signing up I contacted the 'Raptor' software makers who had the audacity to contact me and pretend to care what I was saying. Promised they would cancel everything for me and I would get a refund but 3 days later £30 was missing from my account to Billinghlp.Com Palma De Mall ES. Total stich up and I'm gutted I fell for it. I am currently trying to claim the money back from my bank. Cancel the card you used right now! Seriously...

I signed up for the one off payment of 4.95 and found myself being charged 30 quid three days later.

I contacted the fullrelease people and they gave me the link http://paymentforge.com/support but guess what, it didn't work.  I then googled it and this forum came up almost top.  

I went to www.billingsvc.com and cancelled both orders (I only made one!!) and then went to www.billinghlp.com and saw the same order, but they were cancelled because I did this via the first site.

I have asked american express to challenge the £30 payment.  But they did not seem very helpful.  They reckoned that I would not stop the retriction by cancelling my credit card or even my account.  I find that very strange.

Fingers crossed I wont be charged by the scammers again.
