Yep, that a**, Masoud is still at it.  I just notified him to be looking for another job because he was nothing but a liability to his company which I am suing through the attorney general's office.  Yep, Im going to make a $1,000 because of him.  I called one other time this morning, but he was late for work. He at the moment works for Global Credit Collections.  I had to greet him first thing this morning to let him know the good news that I was getting $1,000 for his stupidity! I told him to call me everyday, I wanted to make enough money off of him to retire!  All of this for a bill that didn't even exist.

Collect Corp Representing CHASE the Indu guy is Mr. Masoud ZHIAN also working with him is a Teresa Mendez...what they will do is call everyone in your life...your ex's, your employer, friends, neighbors, family members, to get the word out that there is a debt that needs to be taken care of....

Here's the scoop.  At 9:22A on June 11th, I got a call "insufficient data" on our phone.  I *69 and got the number 800-660-2465 - which is JPMorganChase.  At 9:23 (yes, I barely had enough time to hang up), I got a call from 800-Service, 800-660-2465 - which again is JPMorganChase.  

Then at 9:24AM,I got a call from Seimen's Medical.  Because I had applied for a job at Seimens, I responded to the call - with the felling of being spoofed.  

I spoke with a guy named Michael Sebastian, with a heavy accent.  I told him that the person he called committed suicide (he is actually very ill and dpressed) due to the harassing phone calls and not to call again.  He had the nerve to ask "why I am so excited!"  He admited that he was calling from CollectCall or something like that (all under the caller ID of Siemen's Medical).  He gave me his phone number as 321-354-0770 (this number).  I told him to quit the harassing phone calls and that I was going to report him.  He wanted to know why ... LOL

At 9:41A another call came in from the ID of "insufficient data" and I spoke with Rachael.  She asked to speak to the other person, then asked to speak to me.  After I verified who she was and got as much information as I could, I told her the people had committed suicide.  She admitted she was from ICSystems, which I know to be a collection agency known to work with Chase.  So, in short, Chase is behind the following numbers:  800-660-2465, 321-354-0770, 651-204-1310 ... and they change numbers and caller ids to spoof people.  

I am going to report them as they have been told on several occasions not to call this number.

Theresa Mendez has called my work 4 times this week, when she didn't get to speak to me she became irate, going to call my supv. When the person talking to her said I was still in a meeting from this morning she said let me talk to his supv. the person said he's the one conducting the meeting. she seems confused as if a meeting could only last a hour or so. her 1st px# was 239-265-9336 the 800# 660-2465 X2707 what a b***h.

1-800-660-2465 call me every 5 minutes.... I shuld talk with them and report them.....

WE DO OWE CHASE MONEY. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF FILING BANKRUPTCY. WHEN COLLECT CORP CALLED WE GAVE THEM THE INFO PF OUR LAWER. THEY KEEP CALLING AND SAY THAT THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF ATTY. INFO. IS THIS LEGAL.

PEOPLE LISTEN TO ME!  It is illegal for bill collectors to threaten you!  If possible, record the conversations when they call.  These conversations can get you out of trouble or help you make a deal with the company.  It is illegal for them to harrass you also!  Don't put up with their crap.

These jokers just called me and asked for an employee.  I saw the caller ID ("toll free") and asked who was speaking.  He said it was Jim Bucsis.  I asked what company he was with and he said it was a "personal private matter".  I told him the employee wasn't available.  

After a while you can tell who the scammers are and who has a legitimate business matter that needs to be handled.

called . we do owe chase money and are in the process of filing for bankruptcy. Told them to call our lawyer and gave the lawyers info. They still call and said that they do not have the lawer info in thir notes. Is this legal???

Today my husband and son are at a baseball game around 4:27 pm (5-6-10), my husband's cell is literally a pre-paid cheapy cell phone that 1. is unlisted, and 2. only my son, myself or our few family members know or call this number...  a middle eastern woman asks "is this Mr.  XXXX XXXXX ?" and he answers "yes?"  she then tells him she is calling reagarding a "fruadulent claim regarding our home and then reads off our address" my husband hung up on her.
I have read so many of these postings regarding Collect Corp and/or Chase, we dont have any credit cards, and only have a credit/debit card within our own bank (which IS NOT CHASE).  
I also called the local  police department, and also will be filing with our local FBY office in San Francisco, CA tomorow - as I believe this is a fraudulent way to collect a debt for someone else?  Not us, so do they have the wrong person or people?!!  
Good luck to everyone who gets these calls, as I agree, they are intrusive, rude, harrassing, verbally abusive, and a total waste of our pre-paid minutes and time.  FYI;  we have received another 5 calls after that; I will assume this is what will be to match all others that have posted.  Thanks for the heads up!

A person named Theresa Mendez calls my work says shes from Collect corp wants to discuss a personal matter with me about a debt. This is embarrassing, I had a co worker tell her I was ina meeting, she was very rude and wanted a supv's name> She has called my work 3-4 times this week

A person calling him self Devon Jeffers called an Education Agency In Iowa asking them about my 22 year old daughter. She has no relationship to the agency except that I am on their board of directors. He would not give them the name of his company or the reason for the call. He was rude and threatening. The secretary called me to inform me that he had called the Agency. I called the number and told a person who said they were Devon Jeffers supervisor and told him to take the agency number off their list. I intend to report them to the FTC for violation of federal law and FTC regulations.

I've been receiving numerous calls from caller ID ?800 Service ? 800-660-2465 / 877-665-6866 ? they do not usually leave a message ? when they do, it is of a ?personal nature? ? if you are not ?, hang up.  Usually the phone rings, the answering machine answers and then whoever the caller is, hangs up.  I will be reporting them. I don?t owe them anything, I don?t want to buy anything, answer any surveys, etc.  I pay for my telephone service, not them, and believe that "spamming", "phising" or whatever else they are doing is illegal.  I want the phone harassment to stop!  Reading complaints on the 800notes website, phoneowner.info, callercomplants.com, callferret,com and the whocallsus.com, these people appear to be calling from an ?alleged collection agency National Enterprise Systems / Heritage Bank, or someone else purported to be representing Chase.  I am on the "do not call list!"

uses automated dialer to call back to back several times. Robot message asking you to confirm it is you by pressing a # or hang up if it isn't, or to call another phone number to get ahold of them. F that. Usually followed up by back to back calls from 818-949-4420. Answered both of those calls one time (of the several hundred times they have called) and it was an instant disconnect both times.

They allege we owe them money, we don't and have asked them for copies of any and all credit applications and charge slips with our signatures.  (I believe them to be a fraudulent company or collection agency.  I only know who they are because they sent us a demand letter and have the wrong person's name on it.)

Have received several calls claiming that a neighbor left our number as a second contact number (which is totally untrue) and wants us to contact the neighbor to call them.  What a crock!  I am not their collection agency.  Does anyone know how to stop those calls?

looking for someone who is not me and Collect corp has been leaving phone calls and text messages. i just got in a screaming match with these people telling them this is not the name they keep calling for.

I got the same call about a neighbor they wanted to talk to.  Was kind of suspicious since I had never heard of the person and they had information from my stolen wallet!   I believe it to be a scam and passed the information on to my local police department.

Left a msg. asking for my ex's long time girlfriend. We were divorced 22 yrs ago! I've been remarried 15 yrs. so none of us have the same last name. Neither of them have ever lived at this address. How these companies dig up these obscure connections and then justify a collection call is beyond me.
