I also received the same billing! I called them and they were very nice, I nicely asked for a refund and I got it this morning!!! This company let me know it was my fault and it was I saw were it said I would have a FF trial, oh well they worked with me it was super easy!!!

I GOT BILLED $ 38.95 0N MY CREDIT CARD I DID NOT ORDER??

So on my statement it showed up that I had not one but TWO charges each (29.95) for the month of January and Feburary. I googled what this fit-fac thing was, and Im shocked that this thing can even exist!!!!
So I found this all out on a Sunday and had to wait till Monday to call them. The number I used was 1-866-407-1022. I really dont like confrontation and after reading about everyones experience I didn't want to get ugly, but the way they talk to you makes it seem like you're an idiot for not knowing that you got charged 119.80 for nothing.
So anyways here's how it went for me ( I didnt know how to go about this, so this is for those of you who need a little guidance on how to talk to these fools:
I call them and they ask for my name, and address to verify (what...i dont know...its not like im part of an exclusive club...haha...except for maybe being in the swindled club)
Then "Mark" asks how he can help me. I reply by telling him my dilemma and how Ive been charged not once but twice each time and I want my money back.
He says its my fault for not cancelling but he'll do me a favor.....ok......and take off 2 of the charges.
I tell him no i want all of the charges removed and credit all the money back to my account. He tells he is going to forward me to his supervisor.
After sitting on the phone for at least 15 minutes Im connected to her.
She seems very nice, but tells me once again its my fault and I didnt cancel anything...and again she will do ME the favor and take of 3 of the charges. I tell her no, i want all 4 of them removed. (normally i would have probably stopped here, and been happy that i got 3 of them removed, but since reading everyone's stories I realized it could be done)
She kept saying this is the best she can do...basically take it or leave it...and then i got out my angry voice and used it, and finally she offered all 4 charges to be taken off and get taken off the fit-fac program.
REMEMBER TO ASK FOR A CONFIRMATION EMAIL!!! A lot of people said on the discussion that they wouldn't send one, but I asked and she sent it to me. It says it should take 3-5 business days to be returned. It has the confirmation number and then they cant dispute this.
I need to watch for this.....i really hope they do it and there is some sense of honor in America...if not...WHAT IS THIS COUNTRY COMING TO!?

moral of the story- dont order anything online that doesnt look legit. Go through paypal.

I got a withdraw from my bank from Fit Factory and did not Order anything

This happened to me as well. I ordered a free sample of the acai berry and since then have received three separate charges... $78.81, $89.31 and $29.95.  I just called 800-660-8489 and was told they would credit my account for $29.95. I plan to place a complaint with my bank and the Better Business Bureau.

I had two charges put on my account.  I was told it was to access the membership line and talk to someone about "keeping my figure".  They would only credit one back (the one that was suppose to post today) and I had to talk to a manager about getting the first charge reversed.  The supervisor did refund both of the charges back to my credit card.  Didn't get a lot of grief about it either so that was good.

I also fell for this scam, I ordered the free sample of the acai berry. I recieved the sample as promised and after reading the info on the back of the bottle and realized I could not take it because of medical reason's and called the 1-800-660-8489 number the same day I recieved the shipment of the acai berry ( was only supposed to be charged $1.00 shipping as well), I was given a conformation #, the man I spoke with was very polite, but now I have seen 3 charges on my account for $29.95 from the Fit Factory. When I seen this charge the last time I called the same # and found out it was disconnected, after that my husband looked and looked for a # and after finally finding one he called and the person he talked too actually did hang up on him. Found more #'s to call today because once again another charge on my account, will let you know what I found out as soon as I can.

I didn't even get a call from this number.  My credit card was charged $29.95 and the number appeared on the charge.  When I call they tell me to leave my name and number and someone will call back then it says  you cannot leave a message because the box it full.  It said to press 0 to speak with the receptionist and of course, no one answered.  Got a message saying no one was available

Yep, me too. Ordered the trial for $3.95 and got charged 89.21 twice before I caught it. Am disputing the charges and am assured the charges will be refunded by my card company. Total scam. Never got any paperwork but did get a few pills. They're not about health, they're about ripping people off. Don't know who to report these people to but I'll bet they share space with the ebay thieves and hackers.

I called 800 660 8489 many times and at first all i kept getting is an operator saying it was invalid number.i was finally able to get through to a representative.He said the reason why i got charged 19.95 is because i didnt call within the 21 days time frame upon receiving my FREE trial of the acai berry,they automatically sign you up for a program to keep receiving the acai berry.I was very upset and told the rep. that their company better return that money back to my account because one of their representatives told me that i had til january 5 to cancel.i am NEVER ordering free trial stuff again!to all those that want to try the Acai Berry FREE trial,i advise you not to try it because as you can see from all the comments made from these people,its a SCAM!

I was also one of those ppl who fell for that scam.... I called all those numbers and was very upset when I was told I would not get the refund of $89.31 for something I did not even receive. There is also another charge of T-Cleanse $78.84 and I can not get a hold of anyone on the phone. Can anyone tell me how they got a hold of someone regarding this charge? This is such a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

I too, fell for this online scam.  Unfortunately, it was through my business banking account, and what a headache that was to get it resolved.  But the good thing is that Bank of America refunded the disputed amount immediately, cancelled my company cards, and issued new ones.  

The people were horrendous to work with.  Make sure you didn't fall for the ordering scam for the T-Cleanse also.  They charged 78.84 on my card in addition to the 5.95 for the trial period.  Unfortunately, there is no way to get a representative on the phone for this company.  You have to do all communication through the online help desk.  I had a terrible time with the system, but in the end, I threatened to call the all the tv networks to inform them of this scam, and to quit endorsing the product.  The ironic thing is, that the Acai Berry tablets do make you feel better.  I just can't afford 78.84 per month for the product.  Maybe there will be a supplement available from The Vitamin Warehouse GNC soon.  Wish us luck folks.  These people are terrible.

To correct 4onlinehealthyfit and pricelimbo charges call  1-877-350-8480. After that make sure you call Fit Factory @ 1-866-407-1022. This should cover all your hidden charges that have showed up or have yet to show up. On a positive note they were very helpful and credited all purchases back to my account and gave me confirmation number.

I just read all of the comments.  I too agree - what a scam!  I did call this number:  1-877-350-8480 and was able to talk with someone directly.  I asked for an email confirmation to state my "account" had been closed.  They would only give me a confirmation number.  I made sure I wrote down the confirmation number as well as the person I talked with AND today's date.  I will be closely watching my credit card bill to see if there are any more charges.

It is Sue again.  Good luck on getting your $89.31 back.  I have been trying since the first of November.  I have canceled my card so that they can't charge me again. I have never received the free trial sample or what ever I was charged $89.31 for.  They had the nerve to ask me for my new card number so they could charge the $89 back to my account. They may have gotten me once, but not twice. I learned my lesson.

Crystal you have to mail the acai berry back then call the number back and give them the tracking number from your package you sent back then they will refund you!

Here is the real deal! 1-800-660-8489 for some thing called fit factory you get charged for when you order acai berry! that charge is 29.95. If you don't cancel your acai berry shipment you get billed for 89.31 before they send you the acai berry! The number for acai berry is 1-877-350-8480! I learned my lesson real fast! there are abunch of scammers out there when you order anything online so becareful!

I just saw Cindy's post on 24 Nov 2008 so I thought I'd better call and cancel!  I haven't even got my 'first bottle' of Acai Berries!  When I told them I wanted to cancel the woman on the phone, "Joanna" said she'd extend my membership and send me another bottle so that I have time to try them!  SO I have a note to myself to cancel 2 days before my extended membership comes through!  I'll see if these bottle actually come in or not?!

If you have another phone number to reach this company at besides this 1-800-660-8489, please share it. Every time I call the operator says no longer in service! I don't want to cancel my account, it there a way to talk to an actual person, who does not have an east india accent?

This is a scam that starts because of ordering the Acai Berry supplement... I called the number and they informed me that I had signed up for this weight loss program and that I had had 7 days to cancel and that I had not done so within the 7 days so they were going to let the charge stand but cancel the program in the future. When I politely told them that I was going to make a stop payment on the charge and asked if they couldn't simply handle it right here and now, they changed their tune and issued the refund... or at least they said they did... we'll see.

Yeah it happened to me too. I ordered the pills with the free trial offer of only have to pay for the shipping and handling, however I found a charge from Fit Factory  on may bank statements for $29.95, I went to may bank and they told me I'd have to go through a long process of papers to get my money back.  I googled the number on the statement and found this forum.  I called the number and was told I was charged the $29.95 as a monthly membership fee for something...I told him I didn't want it and I didn't sign up for that, he then gave me a confirmation code for a refund.  I better get my money back.

I fell for it too. and now I'm charged $29.95. I've been trying to call and get told I dialed wrong.

I am back again.  Watch your account.  Since I posted on 10/31 I have had another charge to my account from 4onlinehealthfit for $89.31.  My bank has put a hold on this transaction, but now I have to call this company to give me credit for this amount.  My bank had to give me the number for Health Fit (888-899-2045) I have cancelled my bank card due to these charges and learned my lesson.

Like all others in this listing, I too was charged $29.95 by this company. It's a scam. I called and said I wanted a credit---NOW! The operator said she would credit my account within 3 to 5 business days and issues a confirmation number. Will try to remember to post a follow-up response if I'm actually credited. These companies drive me nuts.
