I received a call from 800-661-0086 ext 1913 asking for my adult daughter. They would not leave business name and refused to leave reason for calling other than a personal business matter. Caller said his name was Grady Parker.

Got a call from Brandon Clark asking for our son (who hasn't lived here in 20 years). Told him he doesn't live here. Asked if I knew how to get in touch with him. I asked him what it's regarding and was asked if I was his wife. Told him no. He said it was "personal matter" and couldnt' tell me what it was about. If I could get a message to him that it was urgent he'd call back at 800-661-0086 and his direct extension is 4377. He did not know it was our son - just called him by name. I told him if he couldn't tell me what this call was about, I could not help him and hung up. I looked up the number and was led to this site.
Someone needs to stop this company from harassing people!

These people are outright rude! Called me looking for a Raul Ramirez told them I had this # for over 10 years and he told me you've had it that long and you don't know him??? Are you his ex wife??? I proceeded to tell him off and hung up on him. I have no idea whom they are looking for all I know is they need to leave me the hell alone!!!!

This number called my WORK looking for me, left the name Daryl Baes and ext 1843. I was so annoyed that they somehow got my work number that I called them. I talked to 3 people before I got to Daryl, who asked me if I was "Jessica L Berman (my actual last name)." Which I am not. They are a debt collection company and must have just googled the full name, and started calling any numbers associated with it, including my work number. Very frustrating, and embarrassing to have a debt collection company call my job when they weren't even looking for me in the first place!

I got a call from this number twice asking for somebody who wasn't here and I asked both times to take my number off their list because it's my work number and I'm not sure how they got it in the first place.

I get calls from them every day about 6-8 times. They call back to back from the early morning till late evening. I usually ignore the calls or make up some weird voice when they call me because I've tried everything in my power to make them stop and they won't. Today I have the joy of missing a call from them honestly. As I checking to see its them no later then 60 seconds they call back. I picked up the call and the conversation goes like this
"Hello..... Hello... HELLO, Do you ALWAYS PICK UP THE PHONE LIKE THIS ADRIAN."
At that point I was done.
From what I've read there is no way to actually get off the calling list. I never get names or Id numbers or anything from them when I actually do ask them who they are and what they want.

Primary Financial Services, LLC is a Phoenix based debt collector. You can find out more information about them by going to either their website or better yet, the Arizona Corporation Division and do a quick business name search and everything about them, their "Member" owner and filing paperwork is available to the public online. You can either google it or see the following link and put in their name to search:
http://starpas.azcc.gov/scripts/cgiip.exe/WSe ... =names-report.p
It appears to be owned by a "gentleman" named: Casey Middleman of Phoenix. You can then go to www.zabasearch.com and put in his name and select Arizona. You will see he is a 54 year old guy with a lot of moving around the Phoenix area...must be on the run somewhat by all the residential addresses he's had. Don't know who I feel more sorry for, us debtors whom he's chasing for this poor dude and his constant on the move lifestyle...LOL!

These lawless clowns call and call and call, trying to reach someone we've never heard of but who had the number we have the misfortune to have now. They call early morning and late at night and every hour God made. We've tried to block the calls but they just call from another number. We've threatened legal action but they keep on regardless. It would be useless and expensive to actually involve a lawyer because we know from past experience that these companies care nothing for the law and (unlike you and I) are never held accountable for anything they do. We owe no money to anyone, are never late on any of our bills, and have no bank loans or credit card debt whatsoever. Yet we are tormented day and night by people who care nothing about the law, and the law cares nothing about US. This country has been given over to thieves, scam artists and criminals, and they operate fearlessly out of untouchable entities like Goldman Sachs and Primary Financial.

It's a scam.
I don't have any bills that I'm not paying regularly on the deadlines. I'm a very reliable person who is sure to pay bills on time when it comes to money.
These are bogus debt collectors. I tried telling a lady to put me on the do-not-call list and she said in a smarmy way that "we are not solicitors, so I don't have to do it." Then she had the gall to ask me my name. I said, "Well, I guess I don't have to give you that either, do I?" and hung up.
They call me often enough, sometimes more times at one time than others.
I guess they found a loophole through the "do-not-call list" solicitation laws.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number for MONTHS! I have called numerous times and explained the individual they are looking for no longer lives in this state and requested they stop calling yet still continue to get the calls.
Please advise how I can get rid of them. Assume it is Primary Financial Services as they don't identify themselves on the phone. Got the name from phone search on internet.

We moved and got a new phone number that apparently belonged to someone who didn't or couldn't pay their debts. We got thousands of phone calls for this person, day and night, and finally asked for a new number. The same thing began all over again, but with their asking for a different person. The number is listed in the phone book under our name, and I've told every one of the callers (many times) that the person they're searching for doesn't have this number anymore and that, if they don't believe me, they can look it up in the phone book. This doesn't help one bit - they will never remove your number from a list no matter what you do. We get hundreds of calls for "Gretchen". We use call blocking a lot, but they have ways of getting around that too, whereas you are limited in how many calls you can block. I'd gladly pay a lawyer to sue but I doubt that would do any good.

Called asking for someone who doesn't work here. When I told him that, he said, "You don't know a Jxxxx Fxxxx?" I really don't understand these stupid collectors, why would you ask me that when I told you that there is no one here by that name? I swear, the next time I won't be so nice.

You need (if you haven't already), inform them that you have legal representation and give them the name and # of your attorney. If you have already done this and they are continuing to call, they are violating the FDCPA and your attorney needs to get involved.
