I received a phone call from this number and they left me a message in Spanish. Ummm....sorry, don't speak spanish. WTF???

Machine voice requested Jeff.  Then it indicated I should be push 4 if not at this number.  But that doesn't stop them.  They keep on calling.  I don't answer anymore -- Thanks to Caller ID

I got the call too.  After reading several posts regarding the same issues they attempt to contact me regarding, I will Push *60 on my phone and then #01# which will add them to the heap of erroneous calls I receive from STUPID, arrogant debt collectors.

Apparently these "classy" well-trained, guard dogs, will bark up the wrong tree.
My uncle has a student loan from 20 years ago.  Im the lucky chap that has the same name as my dead beat uncle.  So "John davis" the collector thinks i'm lieing... He thinks im just denying that Im my uncle.  WE HAVE THE SAME FREAKEN NAME!!! Anyways... These guys will call and call until a person might need therapy.  I CANT SLEEP WITH OUT THEM CALLING.  So i decided to help my uncle take care of this matter for good.  Of course my recommendation and any professional will tell you "Its always best to make payments!" but its always best to know your options before negotiating with these "Classy" Collectors.  Heres a website I found that some "Student Loan collector" Made... Hes a collector so i still hate him, but personally I think this is the first time some one actually came out the laid out the rules on the table.  Its a mystery as to why this type of thing isn't more accessible.

these people kept calling my work so much that i got in trouble with my mangement AFTER i had talked to them and told them to start calling my cell phone and not my work.  They are crazy, wont work with you fincially because i told them what i could pay and the person on the phone told me "no, thats not good enough"  i guess they don't want my money that bad...a**-holes.

I keep getting calls from this number once or twice per day. It is for my ex-husband who moved out over two years ago. I am tired of having them call and wish they would quit calling.

Send them this Cease Communication letter VIA Certified Mail. Request a return receipt and keep copies of everything. If they continue to call after you have written proof they received it, they can face fines of up to $1,000.00 PER violation.

Kelly from this number keeps calling for my EX-Husband. I have no contact with him as we did not have children. They keep leaving case numbers on the voice mail as well. I have not seen or hear from him in 8 years.

Received a call from 1-800-666-8866/Mr. Espinosa at my sister's house for me.  Left a message for me to return his call with a case identification number attached.  Who are these people?

I receive calls from this number...as do most of my family members...during times when I physically can't answer (I have 2 small children). When I call back, the voicemail tells me to leave my name and SS# and a phone number. Who in their right mind would leave their SS# on a voicemail without knowing who they are talking to? And why is he calling everyone I know when I have given him MY phone number?? Issues...
