Am with Bell, received a call from them earlier today. No one was talking on the other end of the line, but I could hear vague sounds in the background. Despite me saying "Hello" multiple times no one responded so I hung up

The 800-667-0123 comes through as a call from United States.  It may be Bell as I do have my cell phone plan with them, but why they are calling is beyond me when my plan is automatically covered every month.  I refuse to answer any call showing as United States or out of my own province.

I had a call from this number and I am not even with Bell Hell! I learnt that they suck years ago.

Yeah, I got that call too, but I didn't answer because I didn't know who it was and I was asleep at the time. I guess working nights is a mixed blessing.

I haven't had Bell cellular service in over 15 years. Haven't had ANY Bell service for well over 5. Any outstanding accounts I had in collections were paid off 3 years ago.

Just got a call from this number at work.   I never answer any number outside our area code --- if it's legit they will leave a message.  Yes we have Bell Mobility, but when they call it usually says "BELL MOBILITY".   This did not, and they did not leave a message.   We just made changes to our phones earlier this week so it was probably them, bill is not outstanding so can't be that.   It just ticks me off that they don't leave a polite message just saying they were calling (if it was BELL).

My experience- never pick up an 800 number call unless you recognize the number....and NEVER EVER call a nuimber back just because they called you and didn't leave a message!   If they want you they will leave a message.  They want to scam you, or collect money for charity.    Even the banks have told me that they will leave you a message to call if there is a problem with the account and you can --- and should -- call them back.  They do have telemarkers calling on behalf of the banks to upsell you on services.   I told them I never answer any 800 calls (or out of my area code unless I recognize the number).and so they told me that they will always leave a message if it relates to a critical concern with your bank account.

I called the number back, and it was Bell just informing me I could upgrade my cell if I just paid off the remaining balance of my cell.

This number appeared on my cell phone as a missed call with the ID as "CS".  If is supposedly  Bell Customer Service, they have no reason to call me.  I'm with ROGERS.   I don't answer 1 800 numbers because they're generally  some form of "spam".  

So far 3 calls from this number today with no one on the other end and no message left.

Just received this call - they left a voice mail message.  Is a legit call from Bell Mobility advising of some billing issues that any November charges may not appear on the November statement but will appear on the December statement.  If we had any questions they left a 1-800 number to call or we could check our bell.ca account.

This is the call from Vergin / Bell tech department. I had some issue with my virgin mobile voice message. Wen I contact virgin thy transfer to Tech dept. and a guy from there rang me from this number to activate my voice message. It has solved my prob.

I don't even have a bell phone nor never have. It must be trying to to sell to customers too

Helped a friend buy a pay as you go mobile Bell phone, yesterday. Used my home number as his landline number.  Call came in 1100 hours this morning.  I'll put a call block on this number.  Never did like Bell, and here's another reason why.

I have never had an account with Bell Mobility, nor plan to. This caller is some third party Bell Mobility reseller from Montreal and I told them that their constant harassing phone calls are a really bad way to get "new customers". I told them to never call again. Not sure if they will listen. Really annoying. By the way, I am a business. They keep wasting my time.

DAILY CALLING FOR WRONG ACCOUNT

They keep calling my business landline for a mobile account for someone of a different name on the other side of the country.

I've called back to cancel but these people seriously can't get their s*** together.

I'm going to request a manager next time and give them a piece of my mind. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Ya I have three pieces of bell equipment on my bill. I have a credit of 65 bucka on my account and they calling me too. When I return their call they have no clue as to why they call in first place.

Received two calls in one day: caller ID showed as PUNITHA with the Bell 800 line and the second caller ID was MARIA.  Legit Bell caller ID never includes an employee/personal name, just company name.  Didn't answer, no messages left.

In order to complete this request, may I have your Social Insurance number?

bell is a scam so everybody should switch to a other comapny for all your services i had bell canada for all 4 services and bell has hacked into my account and changed all my info i had and than they ran up my bill to $5609 dollars and so i cancelled all my bell services and went somewhere else and so i transfer my number to a other company and so i got a call from bell at 3am in the f****n moning saying that i ordered bell tv which i never did and everybody should run away from bell a.s.sp and so i like everyother company but not bell good bye bell canada

the bell people call you everyday during dinner time, 7 days a week which is anoying

if you are a customer with Bell and have recenty called customer support or whatever other department, then that number will call back days later to do a customer service survey..

just got a phone call from this number.....saying it was for "derek"...well..no one here has that name...and I dont even have a cell phone and if I did it would NOT be bell mobility.....idiots....

This number appeared a couple of times and I did answer it once. When I answered there was no response. When I did not answer, no message was left.

It's a Bell Mobility Scam! Of course Bell is responsible. I phoned 1-800-667-0123 after receiving 6 calls today from that number. They did not leave a message on any of those calls. When I phoned to complain, I got switched over to someone else who was suppose to resolve what was going on because I am not a Bell customer. What I got instead was a Sales pitch for a Bell Mobility phone! IDIOTS! This is not the way to gain new customers!!!!!

I just got a call from this number. They left a message saying it was Bell mobility and it was all in french... I  don't have an account of any kind with Bell... I only have a cell phone and its with Telus... It's obviously someone making it show as a different number on caller id's. Clever buggers... actually doing research and having it show as Bell and them leaving a Bell related message... So you will hit blogs like this that will say it is a Bell number that can be found on their site, etc, etc, etc and people will answer and feel comfortable giving out info. Do as one fellow said; get generic info confirmed first and if they won't do it say YOU"LL CALL THEM to talk about the issue and call a Bell number from their site or go to a store.

confirmed real number from bell - i had recently set up a new CC for preauthorized payments online. I must of put the number in incorectly or something because i recieved this call then called the 611 number and confirmed my account did in deed owe money on it.

I updated my cc on file over the phone and all is good now

Received a call and voicemail from this number this morning - the message was a recording which stated that they were calling from Bell Mobility and needed to speak with me right away and left a number to call back. I called Bell directly instead (at *611) and they checked my file and saw no notes and no evidence in my file that would require anyone from Bell to contact me - seems pretty fraudulent to me.
