They use intimidation with you on the phone they are ignorant, and insulting the person, That too me is harassment they call you constantly on the phone, over and over all day long they should not be able too do that

They call you and call you and call you and they don't care.  There is no live person who is on the phone when they call you.  They are very annoying and when you finally get ahold of them they don't,  work with you they are very rude on the phone with you and then  they insult you and insult your family and they send you too collections, they don't send you bills or letters but they say they do and tell you you must have thrown them away, the last time I ever got a bill from them was 2009 and still to this day have never gotten a letter or bill, boy that is nice they can come back after 6 years and be ablel too do that

I have absolutely no intention of paying a foreign, 3rd world criminal, who is trying to extort money from me with a fake debt. Since the entire thing is fiction, it's not my bill.

I'm getting calls every couple of hours from 1-800-667-4383- seems to be HBC credit card services - asking to confirm your name, your date of birth - hung up on them...there is no way to verify it's Hudson's Bay company...

This is becoming a harrassing phone call - to my unlisted home number with no voicemail left.
What or who is this?

Asking for the ex, call says its from USA, but when asked they said it was business nothing further.

New to the list! Very annoying non stop calls and leaves no messages! 1 800 667 4363... GO AWAY!!!!

It's HBC.  The reason they don't leave a message is so that they can keep calling and calling you.  Regulations say that there is only a certain amount of times they can call and leave you a message in a week.  If they don't leave a message, then it doesn't count, and they can then continue to harass you. Pure Harassment and intimidation with them when you do speak with them.

I keep getting phone calls from this number 800-667-4363, they never leave a message, they have called as early as 6:00 am till 11:55 pm. They are relentless. I have told them repeatedly I do not have any credit cards, & I want off of their list. I would like to know what can be done about this.

It's the HBC calling center (former Zellers store) calling concerning an outstanding amount you owe them. If you own a cellular, you will receive all kind of phone calls from calling agents (who unfortunately do their job) but do not know that you do not owe money to HBC. Some are nice and some are rude.

You will also receive phone calls from marketing companies, surveys, insurance companies, and so forth. It is indeed boring. Just do what I do when I see a number on my cell phone that I do not know, I do not answer. I hope this information will help all cellular owners solve this annoying problem.

HaHaHa..... Well then explain how we get calls when all our cards are paid on time and have a high positive ballance.

I got this call couple of times this week, very annoying. I finally answered one this afternoon and the caller said she was from HBC, said I had $126 unpaid balance of my HBC credit card. I told her I applied one but had not received it yet. How could I use the unactivated card to spend $126? She said even I did not have the card, I still could have $126 on my statement. WTF is that logic? Seriously, $126 was not a small number, I even did not know where did that number come from.

What really baffled me is, a recorded voice comes on and asks me to press "1".  We have all been warned against complying with these kinds of calls, so I hung up.  I actually have an HBC account, but a company that size, that could afford to hire people capable of handling a credit company with a company their size, would know better than to put something like - "if your name is _______ (the recorded voice indicates card-holders name) then press 1".  I hope they would be savvy enough to understand clients would have more sense than that!

They are looking for a name I have never heard of I have lived in this place for 25 years and never heard of anyone called ... Wang  One of serveral companies looking for this person.  They must be very wealthy by now all these companies that they have conned.
You would think these big companies could figure out who is scamming them by now.  Dont see why others should suffer for thier mistakes

This number has called 7 times in last 24 hours to my fax number.  This is getting ridiculous!

Seriously Cecil, I do not have any Credit cards or debt and I received the call too..I think its fraud, because they automatically ask for a cc number through their automated system if you press zero they say no one can speak with you at this time, please leave us a message with your name and account info...I don't have an account.

This is a legitimate number for HBC Credit - automated system to alert you of a missed payment.  I called HBC on their inquiry number (not this one but the one listed on the bill) and asked about these "robo calls" and they confirmed that it is from the credit department.  It is, however, still incredibly annoying and they sound suspicious - definitely counter-productive!

Got a call - gave an 800 number to call back (this number actually).  It was automated and they didn't say why to call them but I did.  It answered as HBC Credit and then told me to enter my card number - no option to skip...any legit business with an automated system I've voluntarily called has given the option to skip .. I did not enter it... sounds fishy to me - or perhaps like "fishing".  If there is some concern they actually have or they want to sell something to me they need to give me more reason to believe them, and less to make me suspicious!

This fricken collection agency keeps calling my house , I am from Mexico and have never had a credit card they keep calling asking for a Douglas I do not know any one by that name why do they keep calling i think they are complete jerks
