Faxes come from this # at all hours of the day. It is a telemarketing scam for health insurance and mortgage offers.  I do not appreciate being woken up so they may fax junk mail to me. Calling the phone # 866-486-9743 to be automatically removed from their data base stops the calls for a few months.  This has gone on for over a year.

Still getting these faxes. got a return fax number. 206-222-1608 you all may call them back as needed.

Typical medical insurance outfit. I called the number and the fellow who answered the phone said they were not responsible for the unsolicited fax.  I told him he was and that they were breaking the law.  (I suggested he consider a different job if he didn't want to continue to be tagged a "criminal")
