I've been receiving phone calls from these people for a couple weeks now and finally today I called to see what they wanted and spoke to some lady named Regina who was very rude and told me that she was with Rwgional Adjustment Berau and that my student loan with Vista College is now deliquent and I owe $2,226 dollars however when I call my loan servicer they tell my account is not deliquent and I don't start payments until June ughhhhh!!!! Very confused right now

Just called me looking for my husband and said it was an important business matter. She left her name, Angela Morgan but wouldnt give any info. Who is this??????

This company contacted my current employer out of Houston, not my personal number.  Left a message that I needed to contact James Hall in reference to a personal business matter.  Call 800-668-5715.  When I called, someone answered and said I need to verify information before telling why they called.  I refused to verify my SSN, DOB or Address and they hung up on me.  She would not tell me the nature of call or nature of business.  She wouldn't even tell me that she was a debt collector and it was only personal business and she was abiding by law by asking for last four of SSN, DOB or address.  I looked up the company and it said it was a collection agency.  I called the main number and yet the nature of business will not be discussed.  When I gave her the number that called me, she said it was with 'another' department' and he could call back.  James Hall called back and needed to "VERIFY" my information of SSN, DOB and/or address but REFUSED to tell me the nature of the call and if it was a collection agency.  He only referred to "BY LAW" and this is personal business.  This is harassment and viewing the number of submissions, a class action lawsuit against them for harassment.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION EVEN IF THEY RECITE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.  IF THEY CANNOT DISCLOSE THEY ARE A COLLECTION AGENCY, SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT.  REPORT THEM TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.

Call close relatives asking them for my information. this is a Scam! one of the people calling is "Tina Menn" . DO NOT give them any info.

"Evelyn Carter" called my home phone at 8:00 AM!  Said she was looking for a phone number for my cousin for personal reasons.  I have no clue how they got my phone number as my cousin lives over an hour from here.

Received a call from an Alison Moore stating my son had left my phone number as a contact number.  Know this to be a lie.  Am placing them on my no call list

this company is rude and will not give any of their information to you. i worked for a collection agency and we had to give our name to the person on the phone. otherwise it is illegal. i dont know what these people think they are doing but DO NOT give them any real information

Caller says her name is Pat Allen.  Wants to talk to a Mike  - about a personal matter. Won't give any other info other than her  telephone number 800-668-5715 on extention 5155. Telephone id gives different number as calling 800 829-7204. I'm a senior citizen with health issues and I don't appreciate having to run to the phone for someone elses problems. These people who harass need to get a life. The "do not call network" must not be working either.

They have been told repeatedly not to call me at work and this debt was paid in full without the interest. They have used threats and auto withdrawels and have had to change banks. Think they are afraid of the new Obama law, will be able to consolodate all student loans and this will be the last of them!

They called about 6 members of my family with different reasons (same phone number) all looking for my wife. Their reasons went from "cant get in touch with her for a job", "using her as a reference", "won a contest and had to collect", "lawyers", the list goes on and on. When I called to find out what was going on, they collected my name (fake) and then put me on hold for about an hour (I was watching a movie so I didnt care how long i was on there) and then hung up. These are verrrrrrry bad people with nothing better to do than to lie to people to get what they want. And rude to boot. Its from RAB (Regional Adjustment Bureau)

Received call from this number as Wanda Baker on my answering machine & caller ID.  Urgent message to return her call.  When I checked this number out, it is a collection agency looking for someone with my name but middle name was different.

They left a message for a cousin of mine looking for my husband?!?! What. I just reported them to the FTC

First I got calls from Chris Wilson looking for an Amy Smith. Never heard of him or her.  After googling I learned that this company RAB is fishing for information to call and harass debtors.  Everything they tell you is a lie.  My name is very common so I'm now getting lots of these calls.  If you do have a debt they will call your neighbors to leave you messages, trying to get ANYONE with the name they are looking for, even if it's not that person's debt.  Apparently they cast a wide net hoping to catch something.  So about 99.99% of all their calls are part of the net.  Don't give them any real information.  I have started making up information and pretending to be Amy Smith because I can't get them to leave me alone and take my number out of their database.  I'm going to let my landline go and just use a cell phone from now on.

Someone named Cynthia Whitson called my grandparents looking for me.  I don't have a clue who she is but based on this website's data -- it seems to be a collection agency.  I have never used my grandparents as a reference on a credit application so I don't know how they got in touch with my grandparents.  I'm not calling back.

They just called me AGAIN. Some rude woman by the name of Kim Jones shouted on my voicemail, after she had already left me a 10 minute message of chitter chatter and her purchasing something at a store. Did I really need to listen to that? What a waste of 10 minutes! Serisously, these people are rude and ignorant! I only have one student loan, and it has been taken care of years ago. I don't know who they think they are calling, but they need to stop!

I person I talked to would not tell me the name of the company.  All I wanted was my number removed from their calling because the person they called is not at my number.

when i called they said that they didn't have my name or anyother information. they were calling my mother at work harrassing her supposedly looking for me. seems fishy if you ask me. they also hung up on me twice.

number called my neighbor,  she comes over with number said this person is trying to reach you... the name was "cathy crayton" at 800-668-5715-when i called, woman  said this is just switchboard for a lot of companies. then asked for my social.  i said not giving you my social.  she said let me give you another number.  i hung up on her.   weird

neighbor youth brought this peice of stationary to my door with this number and the name cathy crayton written on it.  He said that she told him that we needed to contact her asap. is this even legal?

just got a message from this number. when i called back a very uneducated woman answered and said they were a swithchboard company who worked for 39 diferent companies. i gave her my name to pull up in the system to see which "company" called me. of course she couldnt find my name and asked for my social.  when she left the message she asked a family member for my birthday to verify that i was the correct person.  SCAM!!!!! the lady's name was Kim Tucker

Robin Davis from this number called my mothers house (we don't even live in the same state) and told her that I had to "call her back in 24 hours or else".  I call and would not give my social and they would not tell me who they were or what they wanted.

Someone by the name of Mark Mitchell left a message for a Jenny!  This is not her number!!!

I just came across this web site. I used to work here.its regional adjustment bureau and the reason the r so private about who they r is because they can't disclose info about it being a collection agency by law unless they confirm u r the debtor. It is a legit but definatly seems sketchy because they r trying to obide by privacy laws. I hated working there and the people but it is legitimate.
