Same problem here TJ called me and also verbally threatened me.  He has a pakistani accent and says he is from "CSR" I had to hang up on him; he called back six times at work after i told him not to call me again.  The next time he called I got his number off of my caller id called back and spoke with "derrick" who is the supervisor (so he says) and finally was spoken to with someone who one spoke english and two could make sense of what is going on!

I keep getting calls at work from above no:  800-670-4075 and he will not let up.  Says his name is "TJ" and he has verbally threatened me and my supervisor.  He has a pakistani accent and says he is from "CSR." Received a message on my work phone from CP investigations?  Don't know what for but they mentioned a person who hasn't been my supervisor for 3 years!!!!!  He mentioned the last 4 digits of my social security number on my work phone.  Told me his name was Victor Anderson, though he sounded foreign.  I believe this may have been a payday loan because when I googled the number he left Cash Today Limited came up, but I haven't taken a payday loan from them since 2005 and my loan was paid in 2005.  I haven't had a payday loan in years.  I live in Georgia and payday loans are illegal.

They keep calling my work and harrassing whomever is unlucky enough to pick up the phone.  Today they accused a co worker of lying about not being me.  I asked them a month and a half ago not to call my employment that it was putting my job at risk.  They are rude and crude.  I have filled out a complaint with the FTC and am in the process of sending the letter to ask them to stop calling.

You can send a letter to them registered asking them to quit calling you at work.  There are letters that you can use on this website.  I did this and they have stopped calling me at work.  Now they call me all times of the day and night.  Legally they have to if you send them a letter

I did send a registered letter to the Reno NV address and got a confirmation back and they have quit calling me at work.  But now I get Int'l calls at all times of the day and night.  Last week I got three calls on Wednesday starting at 3 in the morning and Saturday night starting at 4 in the morning, I got four different calls about 5 minutes apart.

These people are driving me nuts!! Every month or so they start back with these ridiculous phone calls...saying I owe them money and if I don't respond they will ask to speak with my supervisor or payroll department. How do I get this to stop??? Our receptionist is smart enough to just send them to voice mail, but when she's at lunch, we have a fill in whom may feel she has to page my manager. What can I do?? Please help!!!

FYI:  I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE NEVADA BBB. AS IT TURNS OUT, THIS COMPANY USES A FICTICIOUS ADDRESS PER THE BBB.  THE CALLS GO DIRECTLY TO LONDON, ENGLAND. THATS WHY THEY ALL HAVE ACCENTS!
JULY 14TH I WAS ADVISED BY THE BBB TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSIO, WHICH I DID.
MEANWHILE THEY ARE STILL CALLING!

Ask them to cease and deciet(sp) both on the phone and through writing a letter. It is the law and if they continue you can sue them.

this caller said my husband owed 2000.00 in a debt from 2005,also said my husband worked at commercial tires co, not true,  also said we had a loan from home federal bank, also not true, aksed for husband last 4 of social number did not give, caller could NOT tell me any info about this said debt that we supposedly owed, so here i am reporting this caller as a scammer and trying to get info from us that I feel he would of used for fraud..the extention number he gave was 5432 and his name is eric...very leary of this call

My husband got a call from this number 800-670-4075 ext 5432 Eric, he said that my husband had a loan in the amt of 2000.00 and that he was employed by comercial tire co. in aug 2005, sadly this is not correct info from this caller, he asked for my husbands last 4 of social number, did not give to him, he could not verfiy any info to me about his info and he said we could do a conf call with the bank, at home federal, of which we have not ever had an acct there let alone any loan. upon waiting for the conf call he said he couldnt reach the bank, yeah i wonder why, I  told this caller never to call this number again that he had the wrong person in claiming this debt we didnt owe, I didnt even have the cell number that he was calling on in 2005, my husband was in a rehab program then, I feel that this caller was a complete scam that I wasnt buying any info that he was telling me...he coldnt even tell me my current address, said he would start court proceeding, yeah go ahead, he couldnt tell me my address....yeah this is a scam company trying to collect money and get info for fraud...how to report them for abuse???

Don't bother with the BBB.  Use the contact information and file a complaint with your state's Attorney General.

i am having the same problem they just were very rude to my boss and telling her i am not returning their calls....  does any one know what can be done to stop this?

A person called and left me a voicemail but i could barely understand what he said. All I understood was the phone number and something about garnishing my wages 40% of my paycheck bi-weekly. I called them back and they asked for my social security number and I did not give it to them. I keep up with my credit report and I don't owe anything in collection. He said I took out a loan in 2006 and never paid them back. I told them that I did not take out a loan in 2006 and I believe you are calling the wrong person. I checked the social number they had and it was not mine, they even had the wrong name.

Not sure what this is in regaurds to ither and He didnt give me a chance to call back to find out before harrsing my co-workers and myself. I dont owe for any loan. He also stated I agreed to pay something I know anything about. He also asked for my payroll department saying he's with the legal department.This is mad crazy!

The person name is dan smith. I asked for a superviser which he states the name was Mr. Joe. To me thats not even a last name. When you call this number it's like a direct extension. Theres no Mr.Joe and they wont transfer you to a manager or superviser. This is un called for.Buisness should be shut down!

Im getting harressed consistantly and Collector has been told not to contact my place of buisness by 5 different people including management..Its rediculus

I recieved a call today at work from a Mr. Mark Johnson from a "legal department" stating I owed them money for "a loan I never paid one cent back on from my M & I Account" (I haven't banked with M & I in over 4 years)

I haven't a clue what this is or in regards to and I don't need him calling and paging me at work and telling me he'll be contacting my payroll department and having it taken from my paycheck?    WHAT???

I faxed the dispute letter to them along with the stop calling letter.  I hope this helps some while I look into this further.

I am having the same problem. I have told them i cant have calls at work.but they insist on calling me at work.  How do we stop them
