This is a company that my employer contracts with to follow-up on our onsite health assessment. The company is HealthFitness based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Their website is HealthCalc.net

They are a health asssement company that coaches individuals with health issues. They are contracted by large corporations as part of their health benefits

Yes it is from a health company that does health questionaires and then calls you to discuss them and healthy lifestyle habits. It's usually something that your company puts together for you... health smart or something like that.

I got a call from these people earlier today, and I 'googled' the number. One of the results was a page for the University of Louisville's 'Get Healthy Now' program. As I took a health questionairre as part of the enrollment for my employer's health plan (medical coverage), I assume that it is related to this. However, I cannot confirm this as I haven't called them and I have no intention of calling them.
