the thing is that legitimate telemarketers (Yes, there are a few, though there seem to be more and more non-legit ones every day) virtually always observe the no-call list, since, 1. They don't want to subject themselves to fines or other legal action, 2. because they know they're not going to sell to anyone who's on the no-call list anyway. Unfortunately, for scammers and criminals, violating the no-call list is the least of their concerns.

yep i had call today at 8:09 P.M. they didn't bother to say a word. When I pick up phone.
well I hope don't be bother me again. It shame when someone call you don't speak.

Have received a call everyday for the last two weeks. They never leave a message on the ans. machine. Have only had this number since Aug. 11th. I think think Time Warner sold the number to a lot of people!

just another call of the many from this same number. I have asked them not to call but again today I had another call.
