got a call from this number on my cell.

I did not answer the call.

Seem to be getting a call almost everyday over the past couple of weeks. I never answer 1-800 numbers and as I live in Canada and these annoying calls come from outside Canada, I can't block them!

Who did you book your flight with? Ever since I started booking multiple domestic flights this year I've been getting these calls frequently.

I am not a VIRGIN..... but my WIND just got a BELL and calller id ROGERS me that it is 1800 672 7920 I did not pick up and let it slide to my voice mail.
I hope FIDOs here would not bark or TELLUS on me for CHATTERing this.

im on do not call lists in both usa and canada... my phone was on - when they called it turned itself off.... since i am already on a national do not call they should NOT have called in the 1st place.  

I'm with fido. But when i called back it gave those piercing beeeeeeeep, you know those fax machine sound??? weird............

Got a call from this number +1(800) 672-7920 on behalf of a friend of mine asking me if I have a land number or just cell. My friend (who they were calling on behalf) was also shocked with this information as she never requested such thing. They ask you to press 1 to confirm if you have a land number.

Just called my Vancouver based mobile. Didn't answer. Why would I answer a call that appears to come from an unknown 800 number.

Called on my cell phone on Rogers. Did not answer.

I called and ask her to take my number of the calling list.  She said she will do this immediately.  Hopefully this will be the last time I hear from them.  I told them not to sell my number and she said they will not do that.

This number just called on my cell phone and left a automated voicemail stating they were conducting a national survey in canada on cell phone use. I reside in canada and am on the national do not call list, I will assume this doesn't work at all if I receive unsolicited calls.

Just got a call from this number. I'm with Rogers in Vancouver, they only rang once, and they left a 1 second long blank message. I have no idea who these people are and definitely won't be calling back. (FYI, often when you call these numbers back it tells their auto-dialer that your phone number is valid and being used, then they will call back more in the future. I'd highly recommend Googling the number whenever you get a random call and not answering/phoning back.)

Just got a call from this number on my cell at 1:15pm Toronto time on a freakin' Sunday. No message left.

Whenever you get these calls, use your features on your cell phone to block the number, then your cell will never ring for them again

just got called by this number, and i am with rogers.  i do not appreciate getting calls like this, randomly from numbers that i don't know as i find it stressful.  i didn't pick up.  i hope they don't call me back.

I would expect something like this from a Quebecois company, it is utterly shameful!

Had them call wanting to know about a landline.  Hung up on them and added the number to my blocked list in my cell phone.
I wonder if this is affiliated with the collection agency National Credit Recovery Inc. as I recently dropped a cease and desist letter on them as they were engaging in a prohibited practice of calling my cell phone and leaving messages which cost money & airtime to retrieve and threatened to report them to the Ministry of Consumer Services in Ontario for their illegal actions.

I just got the call and hung  up immediately. I then added it to by blocked call numbers on Mr. Number call locking service. Just started using this free service on my cell phone -- it works great.  Your unwanted caller gets hung up--and you don't even hear the ring

add all the facts,  They are not allowed to call you unless you receive a service from them(eg: rogers,bank ect) and you must be registered with the DNCL for this or they can call you as much as they want.. ..  I know, I have sicked the "do not call list" people on them and they don't call here anymore.. Politicians however, can harass the hell out of you and there is nothing you can do about it.. if you are registered on the DNCL get as much info as you can from the callers and report them to the DNCL online and it will get taken care of eventually, after all this is a government agency so don't expect it to be fast or efficient..
fun fact:  if you give the hospital you number they sell it within 3 days and you will receive calls right away.  I have a number only family and friends have and I gave it to the hospital stupidly and 3 days later the calls began. I have never received a robo call till then and have had my phone for sometime now.

Public Mobile was bought out by Telus. I've been with Public Mobile no problems.  Today I got this number 1-800-672-7920.  There was no way I was going to answer it.  I'm glad I did not. Can't these A.Holes get a life?

Just called my Toronto cell phone. I didn't pick up since it was an 800 number.
