Just got same:
A sticker left on my garage, looks similar to the UPS brown. In calling the number the company answers the phone "delivery service." I asked the name of the company and she said c-dot delivery or see dot delivery. I tried looking up the company but found nothing. Very fishy. So I called back and it was for a delivery of a home loan modification package that UN-resquested requested. Pic of sticker @ below link

Someone left a sticker on my garage door..." sorry we missed you, call 800-676-0980 to arrange delivery of your package".
Sticker is white and brown... one would think it would be UPS, but there is no name of the company on it. So I'm thinking SCAM!
