Well I wished I would have thought to look on-line for AVON before I signed up. I was an AVON sales representative for 1 whole month Nov. 2013. Paid my invoice January 2014 and now I am getting harassing calls from DNA collections for a whopping $15.00. They have called me 6 x in 1 day, on holidays and persist even when I told them I was dealing with AVON directly.  I do hope someone reads this BEFORE they sign up to become an AVON representative. This collection agency has done much damage to their [AVON's] reputation. I'll send off a registered letter as was suggested on the Canada Laws site.

Sent all this s*** back and they send me to collection over 73 dollar there not mucg you can do if you dont owe much cause you'll spend more paying a lawyer if it a small bal now with the 300 and 500.00 i would have to get a lawyer but they were really willing to negotiate so i was able to get it removed form my credit by paying them 36.00 and considering it even.

I tried calling the number back.  When I did, it went straight to putting me on hold to "wait for the next available representative."  HUH?????

Yup the same happened to me I sent them a money order n they say they didnt get it now they sent me to a collection. N they would send items doubled n i sent them back n now they r charging me for them. I think they r so wrong. But what can I do i guess I have to pay so i can fix my credit

I joined up with Avon a year ago and only went along with it for 3 months or so. What i owed ended up going into collections and i gave them my credit card to pay it off, it came out to about 500$!
And it is still in with my credit!
I am not sure who to call, will this number help me?

I signed up for Avon but withdrew my contract within the required 3 day period because when I went to the website there was no way to ask questions before I agreee to the terms. I websearched and started reading about people being billed for catalogs they didn't order and sent to collections for items they tried to return and I immediately told them I'm cancelling. I was willing to work hard for them so it's their loss. Thank god people can go online and talk! I didn't actually get a call from them because I didn't get involved with them! When I met with the recruiter I don't feel I was told enough and it felt like she was saying whatever she had to say to get my signature.

Same thing here, it says to call Miss Cunningham. I owe them $25 and they call me 10 times a day. Their customer service sucked, never got an english speaking rep, and they screwed up every shipment I ever got from them. Avon sucks.

Yep they are calling me too. All it says is that its regarding an 'important business matter' and to 'call back Ms Cunningham. I only owe them $100 - geez.

I received a call from them WHILE I WAS AT WORK. I'm surprised they didn't leave me a message.

i too sold avon and they always sent me double my orders and more.  this late time i quit, they are beyond stupid.  i have sent back all orders and paid in full, they are saying that not only do i owe them 500.00 but that they never recieved there items....... what to do about this???? it sounds like this is how they scam us women to make more money..... any ideas????? They are calling me too..... I have paid for items, sent back items and every time they sent me my order they sent double the order or more.  I stopped selling avon and now they say I owe them 500.00.... i imagine they are gonna turn me into a collection agency. what happened with you, i was thinking about getting an attorney.  Avon is messed up..... what do you think

Hi There, Thanks for much for putting "Avon" in your message. They have been calling me and leaving messages for collection, Funny thing is I have already paid AVON for this collection. Sounds like they are trying to collect double the money.

Thanks for letting me know who this was I wouldn't have called back otherwise. I stopped AVON 6 months ago, am paid in full and didn't answer the call because I do not know the number.

This site rocks.

This is AVON collections! Beware of AVON! They continually harrass, they have the wrong information and have used it against me to put me in collections Iam not who they want but you cant tell them that!

call repeatedly, to the point of annoyance, AVON collections just for your information, I keep this shortcut on my desktop just to check these numbers that are unknown, proven to be quite beneficial especially since these people let the phone ring forever it seems, LOL

these people KEEP calling me, my Mom even called them back and said, "Take my daughter off the list, she's only 12." I'm not, but she did it hoping they'd stop, but I just got another call from them today... I ignored it, because I thought it was them again, looks like I was right. This time though, they didn't leave a message, which I'm surprised about! It's really annoying though... Like how the heck do they get cell numbers??
