Faxes advertising cheap trips to Mexico. It's a scam. My mother received a fax from this company and actually responded (as she thought it was her companies in-house travel department advertising the packages). Her credit card was charged immediately and she was unable to ever get in contact with the company again. She cancelled her credit card and, fortunately, her credit card company determined the charge was a scam and refunded her - but not everyone is so lucky.

Just remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Faxes us all the time. We call the phone number and give them fake information just to shut them the f*** up.  when it comes to CC info we give them empty prepay CC numbers. They never call us back.... (fake call back number).

Either way, complete bu***hit company. No one ever gives you a straight answer when you refer to the fax you receive.

I, also received an anonymous junk fax naming 800-670-7531 and 800.630-0322.The fax came into the fax machine of a state government office.I called 407-472-3320 (Reservations) and made reservations for a trip to Orlanda and to carry over to Cancun. I ordered (credit card) a trip for myself, daughter and grand-daughter and paid in a credit card.I have tried phoning all telephone numbers on any papers received but they are diconnected. This was advertised through  Customercare@customersupportline.com and signed aida.iris03@gmail.com.
Plan to phone AG office, although looks like there is no way to further contact these folks. Any ideas out there?

If you visit the Spamhaus website at http://www.spamhaus.org you'll find that most of these spam/scam faxes originate from just a few criminal gangs. It's amazing to me that these criminals are not in prison by now...or at the very least the phone companies know who these criminals are, and wouldn't provide phone service to them. Without the phone lines to perpetrate their crimes, then these criminals would have to find other ways of stealing money from innocent people.

We have a bank of 100 individual fax numbers that go to an incoming fax server. All of our users have individual fax numbers so they can send and receive faxes. My users get at least one or two fromthis number.

Call the opt-out number I would hae to put in 100 numbers on at a time, seeing this as a huge waste of my time, I got a little revenge by putting MY fax server on auto call for their live "operators" so I am calling them every two minutes with a terribly annoying fax tone, hopefully I may hear from someone up on the food chain I can chew out.

The only way to stop these people is to hit them in their pocketbooks, by wasting THEIR employees time, just the way they waste my employees time.

Kathy - Unfortunately many if not almost all of these calls and faxes are being done from Canada and from overseas criminal organizations. The only "real" way to stop them is to get the phone companies to automatically block these scammer phone numbers. It can be done if laws are passed to get it done, and not allow the phone companies to continue to profit by providing phone service to criminal scammers.

Amazing to me that law enforcement can't promptly arrest these boiler room scammers, especially with such an easy paper trail such as taking credit cards. If law enforcement is too lazy to go after these crooks, then how can credit card processors keep an account open with these criminals? And why does the phone company continue to allow these spam faxes to be sent when they could just cut off their phone services?

It just doesn't make sense, or am I missing something?

Fax from the "Customer Care Department" advertising Employee Rate Specials on trips. You can call 1-800-630-0322 to "No longer receive these requested promotions" (they were not requested) however that phone number is out of service. I called 1-800-679-7531 last week (did not record the date) and told them to take our fax off the list. He was rude but said he would delete us...he has failed to do so.

My mother received a fax from this number and actually called to book a trip (the fax advertises extremely low-cost trips to Mexico). Her credit card was charged immediately and she was unable to ever reach the company again. Fortunately, her credit card company determined that it was a scam and refunded the money that was charged.

Please Read : Regarding your vacation time. Cheap Mexico vacations. I get between 5-20 every month on my fax machine. I get 20-30 phone calls from unwanted creaps selling crap. Anytime you call the (remove my number) I get even more calls and faxes. I am sick of this and would love to have each of these places fined hundreds of thousands of dollars. The faxes never have an originating fax number, they are either blank or have my fax number listed across the top.

My company gets these faxes several times a week.  I also get one with the fax number 1-800-670-3519.  I looked under that number and one person suggested that we send them back their faxes.  They will have to pay for the fax coming in.  I thought that was a great idea.

I received an anonymous junk fax naming 800-679-7531 as the number to call for cheap tickets to Mexico and 800-630-0322 as the number to unsubscribe. When I called to ask the name of the company I was falsely given the name of a major travel company and hung up on (I contacted that travel companies legal department). When I called to book a vacation package I was led to the web site CancunOnSale.com, and when I hung up on them they called back (caller unknown) and left 800-670-3480 as the callback number. They also use the number 800-679-1226. They always anser with "Reservations may I help you?". Their web site whois information is privacy protected.
