Unbelievable health care plan solicitation via fax.  Cannot get it to stop

I received a blast fax dated 3/20/09. These Healthcare scammers like to change their 800 numbers often to keep it fresh; that way they get a steady stream of new customers.  Lesson number one regarding "Affordable Healthcare Plans" is their ain't none.  This Fax is itself a violation of the law. You may wish to complain to the FCC and the FTC about those telemarketers who are wasting your paper and ink. A lawful fax will tell you who its from, their address, a traceable phone number, and a verifyable insurance sales license number. These guys will tell you what ever they think you want to hear in order to get access to your checking account ir credit card information.  If you did get taken be sure to complain to your state insurance departments and your state Attorney Generals Office.

in the header the time is in GMT so it would seem to match these searches that are coming up as an out of US firm
