Suspect that it is Rogers Wireless... Telephone rings twice and then there is dead air. If you let it ring, they won't leave a message. Will call as late as 11:30 Eastern and as early as 6:00 AM Eastern

It is Bell Credit and Management Services, however after a very lengthy series of calls, they have not been trying to call me. My bill with Bell is pre-authorized and I haven't missed a payment ***ever***.
They don't think anyone can spoof the number, but they did not call me. And they said that Call Display will show a 1-866 number when they are calling legitimately.
Can someone spoof a number for Call Display/*69?
I am seriously thinking of paying the 5.00 per call trace service and starting legal action as this number is calling me 10+ times a day.

this number phoned saying they were bell canada, answered the phone and talked to them and they hung up more then one time.. called bell canada and said they do not have a 1800 number

Called a few minutes ago and after I picked it up it started to ring like I called them. Hung up at that point.
