They call. They hang up. They call back. They ask for a person that does not live here after a long silence. Ugh! Idiots!

Got a call on my cell phone and did not answer- I am on the do not call list.  When I went to the site to report it and ensure there was not an expiration date I got this:

Are they serious?  They can leave the site up and running......our goverment is full of idiots also.

I bought some Septic Savior from FBK many years ago and ended up on their sucker list.  They called me unceasingly.  Apparently, they sold the list to Septic Relief and now they call unceasingly.  I blocked their toll-free number and now they are spoofing local numbers trying to get me to answer.  One number they spoofed recently belongs to a private investigator.  I had accidentally answered a couple of their calls and the telemarketer identified himself as being with the engineering company that helped me with my septic system.  As soon as I heard the word "septic," I hung up.

No only do they call weekly, but I have told them I do not have septic tank.  I live in a condo in the heart of a major metropolitan area that has a sewer system.  STOP CALLING!

Save yourself some money and go to Lowe's or to Home Depot. They have great septic tank additives that are more or less the same stuff these guys are pushing.

The Do Not Call registry will honor your request once you have asked the offending company to stop calling you.  Believe me, I have used this, and a law suit initiated against the company.  I have n ever again had a call form them.

You do not pay my phone bill, therefore you have no right calling my number. DO NOT CALL ANYMORE!!!  I am not interested in anything you would be selling  !!!!!!!!

I just got the call from Septic releif. 1 800 682-3620. I listined to their line of crap about their BPRT. This is a total scam & not that it matters but my land line is on the do not call list. I'm just glad my phone has a block list that dose work. So now I am off to block them.

I too bought their product years ago (not sure it is really any better than what you can pick up at any grocery store, but I was trying to stave off a failing septic system and fell for the outlandish claims).  And I too am still getting calls.  They've been prosecuted recently for fraudulent marketing (see: http://articles.sun-sentinel.com/2012-10-16/n ... ts-toilet-paper )

My only revenge will be that I've decided to dump my land line, which I really stopped using a long time ago; it basically has only benefited telemarketers for some time now.

Many unwanted calls

Haven't seen them for awhile but they are apparently still at it. This morning while I was at the gym they called numerous times. They get blocked and a message saying "the number is no longer in service" but still they keep calling. Since i block it at the telco level it does not cost me anything.

Septic Systems:

They kept auto dialing my house about 2 or 3 times a week. I called them and told them to take my number out of their system. So far I haven't gotten any other calls.

got a call today. didn't answer and they left no message. I called back and the woman asked me if I had a septic system, I said no. she asked for my phone number to remove me from the list or they will continue to call me.  Let's see if that happens.

Eight years ago, I made the mistake of buying something from a Florida based company with a product to keep your septic system working well.  It was not cheap, but the monthly treatment was simple: drop it in your toilets, flush and forget it until the next month.  I bought a '3 year supply'.  I was also offered an organic bathroom cleaner ('not harmful to the septic system') for a  very reasonable price (the technique is called 'upselling').  About 5 months later, the same salesperson called to say the company was pulling this product, because some households were having problems with it.  I was advised to stop using it.  I was offered a new improved version for a nominal price (plus substantial S&H).  I got regular calls offering me some of their other 'great products', which I refused.  Eight months later I got another call, saying the product was so successful it was going mainstream and would be sold in Home Depots soon.  I was offered a 'last chance special deal' on a supply of this stuff.  I refused.  I got regular calls pestering me for months--sometimes 3 a day.  I hung up every time, or told them to stop calling me.  The Do Not Call registry doesn't apply to these people because they can prove I was once a customer and claim they're just doing followup. They call from all over the south.  The names of the corporation vary: FBK products is he one I remember most often used. Now they call and leave no message.  This is a sales phone bank.  The reps must have to log in a quota of calls.  They no longer try to speak with me, because I hang up on them. They're truly a nuisance and their product is a scam.

OMG, this company is a nightmare.  I too was stupid and bought some of their septic "sawdust" some years ago and the calls were endless.  Then the calls stopped and now have started again.   Just a few minutes ago I told them not to call and the ***hole on the other end just insisted he would call back.

I hate hangups. ...and from this forum, I'm confident I can block them for Spam.

Got the call on my Do Not Call listed phone.  Add all unwanted call numbers as ZDNA (do not answer) but use the z so it is on the bottom of my list.

That way I know when it is a repeted harrisment number

They call & hang up when the answering machine comes on.  They have been doing this for over 2 years.  Also, on the do-not-call list, doesn't help.  They call from 8am to 9pm.

Didn't answer the call, but from reading this board, it is FBK products or whoever bought them out.  I bought one of FBK's septic products about four years ago and they have been relentless in calling me since that time.  About five months ago, I was listening to the radio as I was driving and during one of the news segments they mentioned a company called FBK products losing a lawsuit to an older couple.  FBK apparently had an idiot list (an idiot is anyone who previously purchased something from FBK) and they called them day and night.  I was apparently on that list and they dogged me daily.  They quit for about four or five months, but they resumed recently.  The new company must have gotten their idiot list and started calling people on it.  I have a new phone system and now have the ability to block them.  The phone still rings once, but quits immediately after that with a message that call was blocked.  Better than the phone ringing off the hook I guess.

These people called us again at 8:21 am on Saturday morning! They are horrible!

Got a call this a.m. from this #, wanted to speak to my husband, would not identify who was calling or about what he wanted, I told him would not get husband until I knew who was calling - guy said "we don't speak to nobody but Tom (husband's name), told him he should try speaking English correctly and then hung up.  We did get a lot of calls from FBK Products, two or three times a day, yes from early as 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 at night, they were relentless - now Septic Relief is calling - horrid people.  Where have all the nice people/companies gone?

This number said they are Septic Relief. Report their number each time they call if you're on Do Not Call Registry. Make notes of dates, times, what was said, etc. and keep them. We had that problem with a company we purchased some septic tank aids from called FBK Products for almost an entire year. We began receiving constant phone calls as early as 8:00 AM and as late as 9:00 PM often with several calls the same day right after the other and even had them cussing us out or saying nasty things. We sent certified letters after getting nowhere speaking with supervision by phone. We had already put them on our Do No Call List but if you ever call them then it starts all over again since you make contact with the company. After we sent certified letters explaining the problem and all the dates & times listed & what the person on the other side said to both their CEO's, we began reporting their company & phone number every time they called where you registered your Do Not Call. Supposedly they get fined $10,000 each time they violate, but I've not heard if it really works or not! Apparently they "sold" their company or their customer lists because a zillion people were making complaints online for that same number. Just got this call today from Septic Relief so wonder if they were the previous FBK Products with a new name or just have the list now. I'm turning them in now..........Let's see if it helps.

Who is this? They usually hang up when I answer & do not leave a message? I have put them on the Do Not Call List - but they call anyway. I wish they would  stop.
