I am receiving multiple calls a day from 800-684-8587. I have asked them to stop and I have asked for an address to send them a letter asking them to stop according to the fair debt collection act. They will not stop calling and they will not give me an address as required.

Anyone, please help!

I get calls from "ringing" no number - I have Charter phone service and have caller id and can block numbers - but these people have managed to get under the caller id.......the company is Aspire - I blocked them on 800-573-1039 and on 800-684-8587.....they now have me on auto dial - at least twice a day with recorded message.......help!!!!!!  I called Charter and they had never heard of this and reported it to their engineers to see if they could help....I sure hope so......I would LOVE to block them

They said they were from "Aspire Card Services"
