They will then began to gather info and complaints and hopefully will shut them down.

I find stories like this amazing. I have had extraordinary customer service from Wen, even having made numerous changes in my shipping a year. The last time I called I asked to get a shipping sent early because I left a whole bottle at a hotel. They could not adjust the auto ship (as it had already been processed) so they sent me a FREE bottle overnight, as well as a FREE sample of a new product. I have delayed, cancelled, and re-started their autoship program four or five times over five years, never a problem. obviously, I love the product. I just can't explain the experience of those who complain. Maybe they are not calling the proper number.

Is there any other number besides this one that I can call. It is always busy. I live outside of the United States and the same thing happened to me. I tried the basic hair kit, last November and since then I'm being billed every month. I got another contact number directly from Wen but it is also busy. I would have to try and block the payment directly as you said.

I did the same thing about adjusting my shipments and have been happy...but now I'm worried about my hair falling out. How long did you use it before that started happening? I've used it for almost 6 months and my hair has never been easier to manage or softer.  I was furious when I realized I was on that auto ship thing and called immediately and had that part adjusted.

The best way to cancel is wait till your credit card is about to renew. Then request a new credit card from your bank with new credit card numbers. This will effectively cancel the automatic billing to your old credit card as those numbers no longer exist.
This is a much better way to cancel, cause if you just put a stop payment, or cancel your credit card, that can affect your credit score, as the credit reporting agencies could then view you as a credit risk; which could take 6-9 months to correct.

Our family enjoys the Wen products. But after a year on Autoship we have enough Wen to last us 6 months.  The problem here is their support personell, who are outsourced from another country over seas.

Me either!!  I called them three times, disputed my bank charge, emailed and just got another frighten box yesterday!!!  I have been vancelling since December !  I. I pitched it and will dispute.  I do not know what the magic is to make them stop!!  Anyone have a solution???

Wen hair is the worst for some types of hair. My daughters hair was a tangled rats nest after using it on her! I have photos that prove it.  Wish I could upload the photos here.

I recently tried to cancel my subscription after my initial obligation was done.  The problem I had was I was unable to get an e-mail but am waiting for confirmation by mail.  This was originally ordered thru an infomercial and I would be afraid to ever try anything advertised that way again; not worth the hassle.  If you want confirmation of cancellation, here's the number I tried:  800-964-1892.  Fingers crossed.  Buyer beware!!!

I love the product. My hair is so happy!!!! And for the record, they let you know upon ordering that you sign up for auto ship, and you can change the shipments however you like. I called to cancel just bc I didn't use my product as often as they shipped it, and they gave me an additional 20% off, put my account on hold, and spread out my shipments as I asked.

Did call today and cancelled again.  Talked to a heather.  She stated the only way to cancel is by phone.  Told her is not cancelled I would call better business and report them.  Let's see if this helps.  Am returning unopened 3 box.

When I read glowing reviews on a given items, I pay attention to to words used. If you see the same basic review posted with a some words changed, chances are it is bogus.

There are two problems here - 1) from what everyone is saying the product is crummy (except the shills - don't count them) and that is bad enough (and oh yeah, this is not the only site where I have read horror stories about people having their hair fall out - I am just glad I found them before I ordered the stuff) and 2) the company selling the product - guthy-renker (or however it is spelled - I am not going to bother to look because I am pretty close) is notorious for signing people up for auto-shipments on the numerous products they sell (proactive, that cindy Crawford old lady stuff, things like that) without telling the customer, and they also fail to tell the customer that the "introductory" payment is not what the actual cost will end up being - there are stories all over about this. Sadly this company remains in business no matter how bad their business practices are. If you really want to try this stuff for yourself it is your right to do so but don't buy it from anyone associated with that company if you don't want to keep getting billed - go somewhere that you can get it as a one time deal (there are a few places that sell it). Me, well, I did my research first and decided that it isn't worth the risk, especially considering the cost of the product.

I have no idea why everyone is complaining. This product is amazing i love it i would never go back to shampoo. I got all my friends and family to switch to wen and they to are very satisfied
