I received a call from this number stating that I sent an online quote request for health insurance. I never contacted this company and Rochelle (ext. 7116) would not tell me where her company was located. I researched and this number is not associated with First Choice Healthcare. She wanted personal information that I would not give her. I instantly requested that she remove my number from her call list and never to call my number or I would file charges against the company.

I got a call from a man named Brad saying that Humana now has health insurance for pre-existing conditions.

The number he left was 866-921-8809.  This is Homeland Health Care - Leonard Matos was who I spoke with - his direct line is 954-633-7771.   I asked about the Humana Health Care plans that I was originally called about - got some lame answer that I don't even remember.

As I was on the phone - the Florida intro rate was $159 - then it went to $219 and perscriptions became and extra whereas before, they were included - I told the man off and hung up.

Go online and read the numerous complaints about the company.

I got  a call from a guy named or at least he said he was Leonard Matos representing United Health Care insurance  . He was very fast talking saying he was from Fort Laurderdale, Fl  High pressure and wanted all of my information when I stopped him and didn't give him my bank account number he became very beligerant. He gave his customer care number of 8669218809 and his direct line at 954 633 7771

It's a scam. I filled out an online quote sheet and began receiving calls that I was approved without giving out more than my name and phone number. Beware!

omg people you are buying a discount plan no insurance has 0 deductible accept for aetna you all retards for buying that infact that person who sold it to you wasnt even licensed they cant even say insurance on the phone yet they did .....ALSO REMEMBER THIS REAL INSURANCE DOES NOT HAVE ENROLLMENT FEE'S

I just received a similar call.  It sounds like a great program with no deductable.  Low monthly premium for a year, but I'm wondering how much they will go up for the new year.  Do you still have insurance with these people John?  Did your premium go up after the first year?

calling saying preapproved for health insurance. suddenly about two hours ago, we started receiving calls from insurance agencies. seems like either someone has submitted our information or a spambot has submitted our info. all they have is our name and phone number. spammer could've gotten the info from whitepages or something. ugh.

i recieved a call after seconds that i asked for a quote for health insurance on line. The lady name was Stacey Green. I told her i was not interested in paying money for health insurance since my wife lost his job. She was so nice and understanding, she listened to my problems and said john if god forbid you fell or got hurt said how2 would i pay for that.It made me think. I told her i would speak to my wife she said lets call her so we can all talk. She answered all our questions and we bought the plan. We would have coverage on the first of the month.On July 3rd my son got hurt playing football, Thank God we bought it. The bill would have been 2,000 dollars.All we payed was 100.00. She was so right. I wish today i could thank her..Health Insurance does pay to have...

Started receiving calls saying I was approved for the online health insurance I requested.  I NEVER submitted anything for health insurance.  I was called (so far) by 3 different companies.  This particular company that called from 1-800-688-5167 calls the most.  I had 2 messages from different people.  I called yesterday to be removed.  I checked my messages today and had 2 different people call AGAIN!  I called again this morning to have my number removed.  

I did speak with the lady that directs the calls and she informed me that she would remove my number and that if I recieve other calls like that to inform the supervisor of the company to be removed and take the company name down.  If I still recieve calls from that company to call my state and that the company can be fined for the calls.  This applies to all calls you are recieving about this!

I had gone online just for a quote for my daughter Tina and received a call from David Nap to whom I said that I did not want to for any Health Insurance as of now and just wanted a quote, i was given a number 1-800-688=5167, extension 7111.
Later I received a voice mail from a person naming Amenda, stating that an application for Tina was accepted for immediate health insurance coverage for 0 deductables. A toll free number was left 1-800-688=5167, extension 7112 to contact for further information. I wanted to inform that I did not apply for any Health Insurance coverage. I called this Number 3 times and nobody picks the call.

yea im sure you applied for an agency for that guy to cover u but if you do know is that call centers do TONS OF CALLS!!!!! he could of thought you were one of his clients he probly called and in the sales world if you dont know who your sales rep is then its open game dont blame him blame the agent you were dealing with who didnt leave a good impression for you to remember him

I recieved a call from Leonard Matos. He lied to me stateing that he was from an agency that i was dealing with so he could make a sale. That is misrepresentation and i think that state should do something about it.
