Received call, didn't answer, no message. I am registered on the Do Not Call list. Received a call from 866-469-3328 a few days before this one (which is known scamming). Could there be a link?

not sure what company you are all trying to get thru to, but I call this number and it is for the state of Florida and it is for their DOT automated line to pay your fines

Got a call from this number with a message stating they are a company that could reduce the interest rate on all of my credit cards (they listed every major card company).  Press 1 to speak to a representative = I waited and when a man came on he asked me how I was doing; I said fine, then I asked "can you please tell me more about what you are selling" he hung up on me. A week later, they called again using the MASK of 877-658-9756 and a similar thing happened, only this time I said "please tell me about your offer" and then CLICK . . . If they are telemarketers they sure don't want my business.

Called me and left a message saying there were receiving a trouble signal and if I needed them to call back!!!!!

This number has called my private cell twice this week. I answered once and they told me I had outstanding charges on my American Express or something similar... good thing I'm a High School Student that doesn't even have her own bank account yet! These folks are obviously fishing for information. Its outragous what people use phones for these days! :( thanks for the info Y'all.

I got the same call only it wasn't on my cell phone. It was the skype phone since I don't have a landline phone. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. I was curious so I googled the number so here I am.

I think I'll go with everyone else here and say it's a scam or possibly scamola.

Yes, I got this same call and my carrier is AllTel which is now becoming Verison.  I wonder if there is a breech

My work cell phone rec'd calls from this number. I didn't answer and they have not left messages. I think what/who ever is using this number has one of theose computer programs that just dials numbers randomly, if you answer you are then connected with a live person to sell you something.

This 800-688-6486 number called me at 5AM Alaska time.  Even though I was jarred from sleep I didn't get it because I figured if the call was important enough they would leave a message... they didn't.

I got a call from this number in the middle of a concert I answered and they hung up I am not sure why they are calling people when you answer and they hang up or if you do not answer they do not leave a message.

Got a call from this number yesterday. No message left. As someone suggested, I saved the number as Scam and have directed the calls directly to voicemail.

Got a call from this number 1-800-688-6486 on my prepaid cell phone. I did not answer the call. I ONLY give my cell number to friends and relatives!!!

Maybe a response - "OK FBI.  This is the call I want traced" & see how soon the caller drops the connection.

Called my cell phone.  Only very few know my cell number, so answered without looking at caller ID.  Obvious telemarketer.   According to FTC.gov - "Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations prohibit telemarketers from using automated dialers to call cell phone numbers. Automated dialers are standard in the industry, so most telemarketers are barred from calling consumers on their cell phones without their consent."    Glad that I could Google the Caller ID number to see more info about these people.  From comments, obvious they are calling many cell phone numbers.  Already a violation of FCC regs, so being on DNC list probably will not help others.

Just got a call on my cell but did not answer. When I tried to call them back it was a recording that the number has been disconnected. I am tired of these ghost callers can't the Govt. do anything about these scam outfits !My home phone gets these calls also and they hang up when I ask to be put on the do not call list.

I just got a call on my cell from 800-688-6486 and waited for a live agent so I could be put on the do not call list. When the agent answered and said he was with Financial solutions, I asked about the DNC list and he hung up. I have had multiple calls on my fax line as well.

I just recieved a call from 800-688-6486 and the girl tried to convince me that their company "Financial Solutions" can negotiate lowering my interest rates on all my cards. But she need to ask me a few questions and then pass me along to a guy who could answer any question I might have. She wanted the 800 # on the back of one of my credit cards of one of my accounts that was in good standing so that she could verify that my account was in good standing. She also wanted my account # and expiration of the card. I told her I was liery about that b/c i don't even know who they are. She sounded professional but my hunch was right. I told her to get the Bank of America rep to my cc on the line first on a 3-way and then I will give my account # to the B of A rep. The scammer girl said
"ok wait while I get her on the line". Within about 15 second the call disconnected. I CAN'T STAND PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO CONSCIOUS ABOUT DOING WRONG TO OTHER INNOCENT PEOPLE THAT ARE JUST TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING AND GET THROUGH LIFE! SHAME ON THEM!

Got a call from this number to my land phone.  Did not answer.  It is actually 'do not call' number.  Hope that FCC will prosecute the culprit.
