wellsfargo has so many numbers I cant keep up with them. Im not even a month behind, and they are calling me.  I was two months behind, got caught up and then got a deferred payment, then ran into more struggles, since Im working a job that was less money than the job I got laid off from.  Wellsfargo usually has nice people that are understanding, but i have come across a person who was like you cant afford the car, you need to rethink owning a vehicle, and made me cry.  

some people dont understand that people have had to take money cuts just to make a buck.

DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, OWE THEM NOTHING AND WELLS FARGO TAKES NO EXPLANATIONS OR FACTS, AND CONTINUES TO CALL. HOPEFULLY THIS WILL DIRECT THE LAKE MARY, FLA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO THEM AND THEIR HARASSING ILLEGAL CALLINGS  AND HOPEFULLY PUT THEM UOT OF BUSINESS AND OUT OF MY LIFE!!!

I will walk before I use this company again! There has to be something that can be done about them! I work in an ER calling me 5 times in 3 hours isn't gonna get me to answer any quicker! God forbid I'm doing a procedure or even compressions on one of their family members and I stop to deal with their ignorance! I've told them to come get the car! I do all my business with them online I REFUSE!!!! To talk to them! They have messed my accounts up so many times!!! And cost me more money then the car is even worth!!!!
I have been with my bank for 20 years when wells Fargo bought them I closed it all down

a** holes they call every hour sould repot to the ftc if the person is behind on their payments why dont they just repo it and the person would have to pay the past due amount to get their car truck boat back i work early am and i hate the late phone calls it is not my car why dont they bug them at work or just take the car repo it   also the a***oles call from diffrent states i guess if they get the owner of the car to talk they get a bouness  or browwine points to talk  b***s***bank they also call 10 min b4 9:00 pm strange they call on sunday when all banks are closed i know some banks workers will call you from home but use a 1800 toll free number or unkown number when they call

Wells Fargo screwed up my direct payment and then took my vehicle. Called them and tried to fix the problem, but they wouldn't admit it was their mistake. Everyone we talked to was rude. They even hung up on my wife twice. The management wasn't any better. They were very unproffessional. We finally got mad enough that we called our credit union. After the credit union said they would refinance for us, wells Fargo wouldn't release the title to the credit union. They knew they were gonna lose a lot in interest cause our new loan has a very low interest rate. We will NEVER do business with wells Fargo again!!! And I will tell everyone to do the same. Lying, stealing, corrupt, and unprofessional. The government should take a real good look into this company. I bet it would go under. And with our blessing.

MY GOD THESE PEOPLE VIOLATE EVERT FDCPA LAW AND STATE LAW, CALLING 15 TIMES A DAY WITH MESSAGES. EVEN IF I TALK TO THEM ANOTHER REP CALLS AGAIN AND AGAIN!!! CANT WAIT TO PAY THIS OFF!!!!!!!

21 times a week plus weekends is a bit much

Wells Fargo is the worst finance company that I have ever dealt with!  They call non stop every single day all hours of the day.  We only owe them $700 to have our car paid off.  Knowing that my husband was getting laid off we paid an extra payment for 3 months because we knew that we would not be able to pay it during those 3 months.  All of this was suppose to have been noted on the account but of course they do not check that or care about anyone's situation what so ever.  We continued to get late fees and the pay off amount was mysteriously shooting up every single month even more than what the late fee was.  After my husband started working again we immediately paid 2 payments.  There was still one behind and they have called non stop even knowing that it is getting paid off in October.  I will never ever ever use this company again and will tell everyone that I know to think twice before using this company as they are money hungry thieves.   Get a life Wells Fargo and hire some people that passed first grade!!!

WF Auto Finance.... They are the worst!  They have you on robo-calls and call incessantly at your work and home, starting from 8am to 9pm SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, even on Sundays.

I get a phone call from Wells Fargo Auto Finance  4 to 6 times a day. They must of had Chrismas day off because it was quiet that day, but not on New Years day. Like everybody else trying to catch up only one month behind after loosing my employment.

even god took sundays off. and saturdays should be sleep in but NOOOOOOOOOO when the phone rings bright and early.

I was looking back on my statements from Wells Fargo and found that not all my payments were being credited to my account.  A few of them there was only 1/3 of my payment credited.  When I called about them, they told me I should have noticed them earlier and there was nothing they could do about it now.  Then they try saying it was late fees, but there is a place on these notices for late fees and they never showed up in the statements as late fees.  I hate Wells Fargo and would never reccomend them to no body.

Wells Fargo are the Banking nazi's. they will make your life hell for being late. They are rude lowlives doing nothing more than being idiots cause you owe them money.

I am a former school teacher, single mom, and home owner.  I was given the pick slip last year by my school system. While most all of my creditors try to help me,  Wellsfargo refused to help in anyway and stepped up the collection process to at least 8 phone calls a day that I recognize and several more from numbers I don't recognize.  It does no good to try to reason with them and tell them that I have been struggling to KEEP paying but INTEND to KEEP PAYING.  They even had a BULLY call me and say "Okay, you want to play games... we are expecting you to call us back and make arrangements or else."  He goes on and on trying to intimidate me.  I called them back and explained that I had JUST made a payment and Will make another soon as I can.  They threaten me with repo, they ask me to ask the CHURCH to help me make payments... these guys are rude, relentless, and have absolutely NO conscience.

They call me all the time. I have never had a loan through them or ever co-signed a loan from them, yet they insist on calling everyday starting at 8:04 am.

I have told them over and over that they have the wrong number. Finally....I just told them to come get the car that does not exist. No one has ever showed up to repo a car yet the calls keep coming. Now I just yell into the phone before anyone says anything "COME GET THE CAR"

I have since given all the caller id numbers to my lawyer.

Wells fargo will still charge interest on those extensions, then when the loan is due for maturity, your left holding a balance for that interest. I did three extensions in the 5 yrs for my loan, left me with a $3000 balance when they call in the note. They also are known for calling in the loan early if you don't pay on time every month. They call the day before due date beginning at 8 am every hour every phone number they have for you until 10 pm, including sundays.They are the worst!!!

This is Wells Fargo, Who buy insurence fraudently & add it to your loan when you have sent them ALL the proper insurence info. The company they buy& add to ALL people's loans is called Balboa. This is Jason Chapmans extension number ext. 83595. I have been sending them faxes of my State Fark proof of coverage since February of 2009 NO JOKE & they refuse to credit my account even tho I have a cancellation notice from Wells Fargo in my hand stating it was cancelled in Feb. of 2009& my account was properly credited. As you may know... it was a lie. I have had State Farm fax the Wells Fargo ( in my presence) since Feb. 2009& Wells Fargo says they did not receive it. Even tho I watched the transaction personally. Monday, Wednesday, Friday every week since 2009 !!!!!! Rip off they blame on the Balboa company when in fact Wells Fargo is fraudently doing this.

I have had wfaf for 5 yrs, I talk to them and they always refuse extensions, even when my hubby and I were both laid off. They call every hour on both my home then cell, they even call on weekends. I haven't been more then a couple weeks late on my loan (never a month or longer) and now we have 7 pymts to go to pay off and they have called in entire loan. I can't pay that so they are threatening to come after my truck even if I pay this months payment, which is only 2 days late. Wfaf sucks!

Yep it's Wells Fargo and the account manager Michelle is a total bi***.

You guys need a call management system or software that allows you to block numbers so they can't ring through.    It won't solve the money problem but they can call a hundred times a day and you'll never know it unless you look at the "call blocked" list on the device.   Really, do you need the aggravation?

It's Wells Fargo. I am all of 9 days late on my payment and they are calling me 1-2 times AN HOUR!!!!

They have resorted to calling me every day and hanging up in my ear.
I answer the phone every single time.
