AS IT SEEMS THIS COMPANY KEEPS CALLING PEOPLE AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE WHY

This is a collection agency as far as I can tell.

They called me looking for someone.  This is the info they left:

Get a sea (boat) hand horn 'bout 160 dp and blast it over the phone when they ring your number..(they don't call anymore.....LOL)  deaf I hope...

I get calls from 858-621-6092 and they usually hang up when I answer - this time they asked for someone by my name but to be certain they gave me a birthdate that wasn't mine.  I told them no that wasn't my birthday. They asked me if I knew someone by that name and when I said yes me; they started in with the wrong b-date again.  It was like they were fishing for my b-date which i was too smart to give them!!

Same story, a year later...

"Mrs. Wilson" with a callback number of 800.706.9554, Ext 2198 requesting I give her information to a neighbor.  She said she couldn't contact them as their number had been changed, and it has.  She would not leave a business name or why she initiated the call other than to reach my neighbor.

I asked if she was in the business of collections with the reply of 'no'.

I received a call from a person who identified themself as Jenny, stating her return number was 800-706-9554, extension 2178, stating she had contacted three of my neighbors and said one of them had left a note on my door.  There was never a note on my door and there is no answer at this number.  Very rude, would not identify company.  How do we stop this?

Got a call, while on a call; I let it go to voicemail.  A minute later; another call from the same number (from CA).  A woman asked for "Lewis" to return her call.  Didn't get her name or extention number.

my neighbors were getting calls from this Mrs Wilson character and a Mr Than about a renter of mine (the Than guy was actually demanding money). when I called to tell them to knock off the calls, I got a Mr Ramirez who was the most obnoxious jerk I've ever spoken to (I hung up on him). if they keep it up,there WILL be legal action taken!

I too have had this same very angry woman call and leave me messages on my cell phone.  She gave me a number and extersion, of which I have tried to call on several occasions.  I have the same result No Answer.  I call the incoming number 858-621-6092 and no answer, then a disconnect.

Call from Miss allen looking for Stephen or Deborah McTaggert.  I get lots of calls for thee people on a business line I've had for over 2 years.  The return number was 800-706-9554 but no answer when I called.

Anyone actually know what the call was in reference to?

She gave me her extension number 3650, and when my neighbor tried calling no one picked up. Thanks for the advice though!

When "Mrs. Wilson" calls back, get her number, and THEN tell her to expect a call from a lawyer, because what she is doing is against the law.  Warn your neighbors.

I also got a call from Mrs. Wilson asking me for my neighbor. She told me my neighbor's address and said it was very important that she calls her back.

Received a call from "Kathy" at 8007069554, ext 3639.  She said she was trying to reach my neighbor.  I would not tell her their number, but asked what number she was calling.  It was the correct number.  She refused to say  what this was in reference to, except that it was a "personal business call"
I agreed to give the neighbor a slip of paper with her number on it.  I doubt that the neighbor will return the call.

Mrs Wilson called from 1-800-706-9554 call my house looking for my neighbor. She said she could not contact my neighbor so she called me for me to give him a message.  She said she did a "Neighbor Search" to find me.  I told her never to call my house again.  She would not say what the nature of the call was.
