I keep getting texts from some guy named Brett who says "Your next Spot On Loans payment is due." I apparently owe $170? WTHeck? And then he texted the next day and said that they've been taken care of, and then said I need to pay something again. I'm 14 years old! I don't have any loans!
Loretta 2013-07-21 16:24:26 Unknown
I get calls 3 and 4 times a day from this number and I want it stopped.
Raven 2013-05-17 17:38:18 Unknown

This company is one of the few legit paday loan companies. Yes!!! they have big interest rates but they do not take out more money than they are supposed to for longer than they are supposed to. I have used them in a bind more than once and i highly recommend this company!
Jimsface 2012-09-06 17:39:23 Unknown
Tell them there are usury laws, and you weren't aware of their interest rates. Offer to pay back the principal only. Tell them if they refuse you want 3rd party arbitration of your dispute. Send all of this Certified return recipt by mail. They have to arbitrate (and they pay for that). Instead of paying they will let you off the hook!

This is a payday loan company; I took out a payday loan about 4 years ago and they were calling to say that I was preapproved for another. I called the number back and told them I wasn't interested at this time; they were very pleasant.
The only thing I can tell people who get "harassing calls" is pay your bills and it wouldn't happen! I have taken out a couple payday loans a few years ago when I got first divorced and my ex-husband wasn't paying child support and have never had any issues. I paid the interest (although outrageous) and then worked on getting the original loan amount paid down. There were a couple times I didn't/couldn't make payments, but instead of letting the payment not clear, I called them and did not ignore my responsibility.
It's too bad that some "bad eggs" make business's look bad. Not all payday loan companies are bad and do help those who need it occassionally and do not abuse it.

Wow, do you lie any better on the phone? Probably not, or you wouldn't be here trying to control the damage this site must be doing to your filthy scam.
Better get back to the boiler room before your crack pipe gets cold. See if you can find your caps lock key.
Oh and one more thing -- your pants are on fire!

I RECEIVED A PAYDAY LOAN FROM PDL VENTURES (IMPACT SOLUTIONS) IN LATE 2009. I HAD MY LOAN DOCS SO I KNEW THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND HOW MUCH WOULD BE DRAFTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT UP FRONT. EVERYTHING WAS DONE BY THE BOOK. I RECENTLY HAD TO USE THEM AGAIN UNDER THE NAME SPOT ON LOANS. EVERYTHING WAS ON THE UP AND UP AGAIN THIS TIME. I PAID THE LOAN OFF EARLY LETTING THEM KNOW 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE. SINCE I HAD NOT USED AN EXTENTION THAT THEY OFFER THEY TOOK OFF THE INTEREST. NO UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS WERE EVER MADE AGAINST MY BANK ACCOUNT. IF I KNEW SOMEONE WHO WAS IN A TOUGH SPOT FOR MONEY, I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE. I AGREE IF YOU OWE IT BACK... PAY IT BACK!

I may be wrong but isn't it illegal for collectors to call at 6:20am? I thought that there were rules for this as they are only allowed to call between certain hours... Needless to say, got a phone call at 6:20am. Was making coffee so didn't hear it, but got the voice mail. Guy offered me another payday loan...

To Fed Up:
How do you explain when they call and you don't owe anything and when you ask for prove, they tell you to **** off...??? Explain that. You all are ripping people off and don't give a darn..
Denise 2011-06-06 20:58:18 Unknown
This is Impact Cash - a payday loan company. I am not sure if it is the main number for them but I do know it is their collections department number. They are very annoying. I do owe them money and in the process of paying them off but they still call everyday at home and on my cell. They also call and restrict their number trying to get me to answer. Big problems. Stay away!!!!
Garry Bates 2011-06-06 20:58:18 Unknown
Please remove me from your call list.

The "Your payday loan has been approved" message has been appearing on my phone as a text message for about a year. I always delete it. Now this number has started to call my phone.
I have never done business with them and never will. I will also never reply to any of their calls or texts.
Thanks for the heads up and these people.

I received a call from Spot on Loans saying I was eligible for a loan, but I never applied for one. When I called back I was asked for my social (not!) and told my number wasnt on any application. Sounds fishy.

I work for a law firm in Oregon and have also received calls from this number (#800-707-0102).
I HAVE NEVER HAD A LOAN WITH THEM!!! So why are they calling my office? THIS IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!! It is the 4th company that I have received the exact same call from and yet I don't owe any of these "so-called" companies money.
DO NOT TAKE THEIR THREATENING CALLS! Simply report them to the State of Oregon Department of Justice by filing a Consumer Complaint ( http://www.doj.state.or.us/finfraud )

i need another pay day loans
CeLisa7468 2010-11-15 17:41:54 Unknown
I guess it would be a lot easier to be nice to them if they were a bit more forthcoming when they call. The person who called my cell phone would not tell me what the call was about. Since I DID NOT owe them or anyone else any money I did not see any reason to identify myself without further information. Seemed a bit fishy to me.

I received a loan from them years ago and they want me to reactivate my account to take out another. Too much money to do ever again unless in a financial crisis.
scammer alert 2010-08-02 20:29:31 Unknown
So if you're so happy with them and you already know who they are, WHY ARE YOU LOOKING UP THE NUMBER ON HERE?
Only one reason, you "work" there. The only thing about you that's disabled is your brain and your sense of morality, FILTHY SCAMMER.
G9254 2010-08-02 20:21:52 Unknown
I've been disabled for the past 7 years and received weekly benefit checks. Upon a couple of occasions I've had emergency situations pop up and have needed to borrow minimal amounts (under $300) from Impact Solutions. Although the interest rate is high, I've found them very easy to deal with and I've never received a nasty phone call from them. When the mail delayed my benefit checks, they had no problem moving my payment 3 days and never charged me for the delay. After my loans have been paid off, yes, I get a call every 6 months or so, usually from one of the loan agents asking if I'd like another loan, but I've never been treated disrespectfully from them.
