Go to this website and they have something interesting about them. Im 15 and they have called me a lot and it is ridiculous harassment. Just ignore them and eventually they will stop.  

They called saying I owed money from 2012 now today sent something to my employer for payroll info I have never received a call or letter regarding this debt I was shocked they sent this to my employer when looking up the address that was on their fax it shows a residential facility in Portland oregon anyone else having this problem.It was from a mrs. I received this call on my home phone and was clear on the nature of the call.  If this a scam I would like it to stop.  Before it hurts someone credit.  I do not know anyone from Gold Star Management.

Received almost FIFTY calls from them in the past several months (sometimes muliple per day!)
They are a DISREPUTABLE collection agency that has the credibility of group of pedophiles!

The caller ID says Clatskanie OR 503-308-6052.
(Failure to use a the TRUE caller ID with your COMPANY NAME and ACTUAL phone number is a violation of Federal and Oregon collections laws).
Their message in my mail box goes something like this: This message is for (no name) from the offices of Gold Star Management...You 1-800-708-2957 and when call please refer to your file number (no file number given)...etc..etc.

So, I called the 800 number (from a pay phone so it costs THEM about $2.00 min per call) and asked for their full company name and the STREET address of their Statutory Agent (per to accept court summons) and they gave me a FAKE ADDRESS of:
4470 SW Hall Blvd
Beaverton, OR 97005

HOWEVER, according to the Oregon Secretary of State, the contact information for Gold Management is:
Terry Elain HOLIHAN
14916 SW SCHOLLS FERRY RD APT 101 E
BEAVERTON,OR 97007

This company contacted a previous employer and faxed them a form to be filled out. Luckily, my previous employer contacted me first because they were concerned with identity theft. I was able to find information here and then ask them not to complete the form. Thanks everyone!

I got in touch with someone today after they called over and over again they did take my name of the list

this company keeps calling and leaving threating messages at my parents saying it is about a matter my bank returned.my bank would have told me this.they say use file # and then there is a pause with no number given.think it is crap since they are using my maiden name and I have not used that name in over 14 years

Very rude people

I returned a call to this company to have my number removed. They were extremely rude and belittling. I talked to a manager and a representative. They need some customer service training. My sister inlaw has gotten countless calls from them demanding money or the file will be turned over to the courts. This company is a scam and DO NOT provide them any information!!!

I have been getting calls from this number saying I have a bounced check on a bank I have never been with. Not only are they calling me but also members of my family telling them the same information. I have tried calling them and getting a copy of the returned item, and I got a rude response and they refused to send me said item. I have turned it over to a lawyer to handle the situation.

reprt it to your attny general in your state. tell them to call you on your cell, but really give them the number to attny generals office.

Around 1:54 pm today some Dude called and said YOU MAY CONTACT US! WE WANT A REPLY BACK! Please be advise this is not a solicitation.  WE EXPECT A REPLY BACK!  CALL US at 1-800-708-2957. Again that's 1-800-708-2957 with your File #.   I don't know was calling from that number or if its a legitimate.  It sounded like a scam to me but maybe it was for one of the other two people I live with.  He didn't leave his name or the person he was trying to contact or who he worked for or even a file number so it sounded suspicious to me.

These jerky spammers keep calling me in regards to a debt my ex-husband owes! I haven't seen the S O B in 16 yrs!!! They are obviously one of those companies who buy extrememly old debts and try to collect on them any way they can!!!

I also have been getting calls from this company. They first called my house phone then some how they got my cell phone number. I'm glad that i'm not the only person. I have been getting calls since the middle of last year. Yeaterday I got one from a Ms.H? I couldnt hear her name.

My husband just got the same message from the same company yesterday & today. He had me listen to it, it was on his cell(it only saves messages for 9 days...don't know how else to save it) . It was concerning a bank document... they did not mention my hubby by name, they only said who they were" gold star management", & he looked at the caller ID as I was reading the post from "I-SHOOT BACK" & when I said that s/he said that theirs was from Clatskanie OR 503-308-6052, he confirmed that it was in fact the exact same name & numer on his caller ID as well. Needless to say...we will not be contacting these "people" with ANY information!!! What I would like to know is who to report this to to get these jack***es stopped!!! Any ideas!!!

The GOLD STAR MANAGEMENT COMPANY sent a fax to my employer wanting all my rate of pay and how many times a month I get paid. They wanted my place of employment to sign and vertify .The lady said that  I needed to pay outstanding balance or i'd be taken to court. I'd never heard of this company before. Every call from a PAY PHONE costs Gold Star a MINIMUM of $2.

I am sure this is a scam,they had been calling about a returned document from my bank,so they probably what information about a bank account,be careful with this people

I received calls as well from this number. Am not returning the calls as I have no issues with any companies.
