This # called me twice.

This number called me 3 times in the span of 2 hours.  They were calling for the wrong person and also stated the wrong address, and claimed they would annotate they had the wrong number.  We'll see.

Call me 3-4 times a week for a previous owner of the phone number.  Definitely a utility, though I thought it was PECO not Aqua.

They call several times. different times of day and even * at night

It's even worse; I received 3 calls between 7 and 8 PM just yesterday from this number.
Of course, the robocall asked me to wait and no one came to answer.

Frustrating!

Oh yeah, forgot to mention --- this robocall will come in at 4:59PM... not enough time to call the office in PA ----

Yes, this is Aqua America Water Company in Philidelphia.  They are an independent water company that provide services to suburbs in Texas.  What we call a MUD utility.  

First, they charge their customers 50 times what the city charges -- without any water or sewer usage, I pay $145.00 a month.  My actual water usage is about $30 - $40 per month.... They are allowed to get away with this because they are not regulated by the Tx Utility Commission... so we just have to bend over and take it.

Also, because they are in PA, they have to contract out locally for their work orders and reading the meters....Yeah, good luck on that.  The only time you actually get a service tech in any reasonable amount of time is when they come to shut off your water on the due date... If they shut your water off, it could be up to 5 business days before they turn it back on, even if the shut off was due to their error!

This number calling is a "robocall" that you receive the day before your shut off, reminding you to pay your bill.... oh, and on your shut off date, you'll get your 10-day shut off notice in the mail....

Just got 2 calls from this number today, nothing but "Out of Area".  Any idea who this is from?
